Yes , AV shud be able to communicate if only prper questions are put to him !!! He is able to blink isnt he ?

If AV is asked to blink once for yes, & twice for NO & so on, dharam cud have found lot of vital info from AV.

All he has to do then is ask AV if veer attacked him & AV cud blink twice to indicate- NO !
