Hi Rajat,

luvd U as PRC , then - as the sweet cute little Rajat the person behind PRC & now luving you as veer!! Your expressions & stunts, onscreen presence are excellent as always. Your dedication & passion towards your work is also very inspiring to all your fans. But just a word of caution . Plz do not overexert yourself. You need to take care of your health. Adequate sleep (uninterrupted for atleast 6 hrs is a must ) You need to eat properly as you are a growing boy, dont get get into this 6-packs chakkar abhi se. There is time for it later. You look great as you are, chubby cheeks and all.

Also try and set aside at least 2-3 hrs during weekends regularly for your studies. Last moment cramming can be very stressful.

Lastly do try to spare at least half an hour every week for your fans, replying mails , ph calls etc. OK thats enough advice for now 😆

I love ur acting as veer in dharam veer, the way u portray ur character is really gud.

but please please do take care of ur health. we all ur fans r so worry abtout ur health...pls eat healthy food...stop doing dieting or making six packs at this age which can affect ur health as well as ur height too.

u always say in ur every interview that u love ur fans n u can do anything to make them happy. So if u really want to see us happy then stop making six packs, doing dieting n taking slimming pills which is very very hamful for ur health. we love u more as u r. so dont try to change urself. take proper sleep for 6-7 hrs. and yes, pay some attention to study also.

keep rocking this TV industry with ur rocking performance...Best wishes for ur future
