I am actually liking Dr. Ali and his bond with all the interns. He seems friendly and professional at the same time. In today's episode, the way he advised Dr. Ansari was good to see. I don't think either of Deepika or Vikrant as his senior doctors would actually notice and advice him that.

I agree with you. He has a nice rapport with all the interns. Dr Ali is a very observant and dedicated doctor.

True! He came off as very rude to me when he was introduced first. But then after his and Peroz scenes, I did start liking him.

I'm glad they have Dr. Ali as a mentor as their bosses are off in their own la-la land. 🤪

Dr. Ali is doing a better job than DP and VS at mentoring the Jr doctors. He has better understanding of these doc as individuals, and gives proper guidance. Deepika even after being with her team for longer time than Dr Ali, fails to realize their strength and weaknesses. While Dr Ali knows potential of each of them. Deepika is a good surgeon but not the best leader out there.

True that!

Somewhere I feel Deepika has given importance and opportunities only to Abhay while Dr. Ali has been unbiased and equally distributed cases.

This is so true.

Dr.Ali actually gets involved with these young docs. And their bosses are busy with their own thing. Never felt a bonding between senior n his reportee doctor.

Dr.Ali comes as a exhilarating personality. I actually get bored now when those two come on screen. They even dont know whats actually happening among these young docs.
