Yeah actually that form of Kalika where she has mundmal and steps on a shiva is her most angry form that if Raktdantika or Kaalratri. Maybe after consuming so much blood for social good she had become very angry but in other form like Shyama and Mangala she wars pretty clothes with ornaments
