The moment Mahakali appears, everyone starts worrying about destruction being caused due to her anger & how to calm her down. She takes this form because everything else fails. Let her complete her work first then jump to conclusion.
Suhasi was better today.
I would have loved if she had beaten up Lohitang, am bored of him.

I am here after a long long time...so hello everyone!

About the episode, I found Suhasi pretty good...her roar was the best one I agree @ Katyayani. ...but I think she was the most fierce kali dkdm ever had...she had the perfect posture and energy. ...fighting moves were good as well. ...but I don't know why kali cant harm, if not kill, shanky(I read the nickname here 😆 😆 )
Anyways I just hope un doesn't add masala to this track as well - It's the least I can expect
Overall it was a good episode 😊 😊

it was my wish to see lohitang geting terrorised by mahakali, but it didn't happen. 😭

Do not understand, they just plopped Mahakali in, without any ...

For the first time they did some proper sound work with the roar. Just as it should be and just as I have always imagined it to be. Thank God. That was the saving grace.

Other than that, the choreography of the fight was horrible. They have been dragging Lohithang's track since so long, why is the Mahakali track being compressed😡 In their hurry to conclude, the fight sequence looks 👎🏼 As Kaatayani rightly pointed out P3 looks jumpy. Here I think P3 is not at fault, but either the Fight master or the editor. P3 dances well (as seen with the Lasya), and usually dancers are able to do some justice to action sequences too. So why are they not giving her a chance.

Due to the Boon Shankhu cannot be killed by Mahakali, but he can certainly be battered and bruised. No matter what boon, fighting Mahakali cannot be a cakewalk for anybody. And here it looks like its a walk in the park for Shankhu.

At the appearance of Mahakali, fear is what comes into all beings - so why did S & L not have that initial reaction of fear ... 😕

I was hoping P3 would get a really good Mahakali track (since this would perhaps be the only track where she would shine) but they are ruining it by not giving her the required support.

I did not have any expectations, and yet ...

Maybe the next epi will be better, but the line that Shakhu throws at Mahakali in the precap makes me think that it won't be better.

I could not watch the episode last night, so finished watching it a few minutes back...

Well, all in all, I think the episode was ok... Since I hadn't expected anything extravagant & spectacular, the question of the episode hitting or missing bull's-eye does not arise... I agree with @kaatayani about Suhasi's commendable performance { yea, the shriek was close to blood-curdling}... But what totally ticked me off was that smug look on Lohitang's face...Gosh, his overbearing attitude is getting on my nerves !

And yes, I agree with @mnx12... At first when everything else fails, everyone beseeches the Mother Goddess to take on her ferocious form & set everything right...The moment Mahakali appears to take stock of the situation, everyone starts panicking & implores either her husband, Shiva or Devi Kali herself to put a stop to the "destruction" ... Now I'm not an expert on mythology, but from whatever I've seen & read, the destructive demeanour attributed to Mahadev and Mahakali is always for the benefit of the world ... So, I see it as creative destruction and not mindless slaughter... Then why the panic ???

@rsnarula--- The actor essaying the role of Rishi Tandu is an absolute delight to watch... But what baffles me is how the makers of the show have hit bull's-eye with their casting on so many occasions & yet they've failed miserably with Kartikeya who's such a pivotal part of Shiva's life...

Thanks for the review guys..I am yet to watch the episode, quite frankly I kept delaying it since I didn't want to be disappointed 😆.. well story-wise ( as pointed out by kaatayani NUMEROUS times) Mahakaali didn't have anything concrete to contribute in this track( & here i was expecting another fictional Shiv-Shakthi face off 😆)..hmm, but the portrayal as always remains questionable.... fine I ll just watch it for P3's winning shriek if nothing else ! ⭐️

So, you are not happy with Karthikey's casting ?..or were you talking about Karthikey's portrayal ?.. or Parvati's casting, perhaps..🤔.. bcoz I find the casting of Karthikeya to be good enough , actually more than good enough , its in stark contradiction with his portrayal in the show..the same cannot be said about Parvati's casting though .. but yes portrayal of Parvathi & Karthikeya has always been bordering on blasphemy in this fictional show..😡

In Karthikeya's case, Rushiraj looked good when they were showing the teenage aspect of Karthikeya... Now, he looks like a caricature...karthikeya's not supposed to look like that {i feel} ... They've got the casting wrong for a mature & brave warrior... forget Karthikeya, even a normal warrior after years of practice wouldn't look as weak & lanky...The portrayal is anyway below pathetic...

In Parvati's case, all 3 actresses looked good in parts... Sonarika shone in the several warrior forms of Adi-Shakti... She nailed the "look" of Mahakali in the promo of the first Mahakali track...

Puja shone as Devi Bagalamukhi , Bhramhri Devi & Mahakali { though the heaving could've been toned down a bit }

Suhasi looks good as Devi Parvati & she did really well when they showed the more "humanistic" facet of Devi Adishakti in the Durdum track... But as always, the portrayal has always been lousy... For most part of it, they showed Adi-shakti as a tantrum throwing , whimsical , unstable woman... With Suhasi, that pathetic portrayal has gone out of the window {hopefully}

Watched the episode , nothing more to add with respect to the episode..but just a doubt though , which vachan of Adi Shakti was Brahmadev talking about ??..😕 Did Adi Shakthi in Parvathi swaroop stop being a trikaldarshi out of her own free will & make any promises ?..Kaali is indeed the goddess of time & destruction , so whats the big deal if she looks into the future ?..or was this promise about protecting the sansaar ?..😕

in this case, it must be her promiss to shankhchud, as for the promiss to the god about protecting the worlds from the demons which is written in shaptashati, didn't shown in dkdm. 😭
