Lord Shiva rules the World of Life OK!

Mohit Raina aka Lord Shiva has been reining his charm and dominance on Life OK since the show's conception, which has been roughly one and a half years. The plot of Devon Ke Dev- Mahadev has surged the TRP's like never before.

The channel has raked in good ratings and public approval only on the back of the popularity of the show. In fact, the show, based on the mythological epic tales of Ved andPuaran have also been compiled in DVD and CD formats and sold all over the nation.

As per the makers, the show is an elaborate, well chalked out epic show, which came on Indian silver screen after a long hiatus post the popular Ramayana and Mahabharata days.

The drama, based on the works of Devidutt Patnaik, was well researched and studied before being scripted into the grand program. Dubbed in several regional languages, the program has proved lucky for the makers. The story began with Shiva's marriage to Sati, followed by Sati's self destruction and the rising of Sati as Parvati.

Soon the story moved ahead, according to the epic lines and Shiva married Parvati. The story reveals more and more interesting character progression with Rishi Durvasa's entry and Kartikeya and Ganesha's birth. The story portrays all the major events that are known in the mythological epic. Right from samudra manthan, Vishnu's giant incarnation asKurma, Ganesha's fight with Parshuram and the very recent advent of Jalandhar.

The show has captured a lot of applauds owing to the well scripted plot and also the performances by each of the artists. Mohit Raina, without a doubt, has charmed millions with his godly looks and well chiseled body. His expressions, coupled with the strong body language, are making people stick to their TV screen, every night from Monday to Friday at 8 p.m.
