shruti, I thought when Mahabharat will start, DKDM will give it a tough compition. But it seems by then all the DKDM viewers will be too happy to switch over to MB.

the thing with Mahadev is-it gives you good episodes when you least expect them

infact the weekly episodes are much much better than the so called MEs

Last weeks episodes were good too

even yesterdays debacle would have been perfectly ok if these episodes were shown as weekly episodes...but the fact that they showed all these things in a
"Durga" episode killed the entire thing!

this ME was preponed to a week earlier than schedule-all the hurry for this?

they could have very well used the ME to introduce grown up Kartikeya and Ganesha

they didnt need an ME to show what they showed!

about quitting the show-for one Mahabharat will be at a diffrent slot

two DKDM has a strong fan bae-not for the story really but fir actors like Mohit,Sona Rushi-thats the GREATEST plus point for the show!

A good Mytho show's viewers are mainly story lovers. Here Good actors are another + pt . But if story lacks strong pts then even the actors are wasted. So can't say much about future. Let's see.😆

Its lately that the tracks are seeming rushed..and incomplete..!! I guess they are all.preparing..focussing on the next BIG track of Ramayan..!!

True. Although one thing that the mytho aspect provided was TRP backup - when Sati died and her fans left in droves following Mouni's exit, the TRPs remained due to the fresh interest from mytho lovers in Parvati. By contrast, in other LifeOK shows where the lead pairs were split, such as MLTAK, once that happened, there was no rescuing such shows. However, using the devout segment of the viewership won't last long - the moment good alternatives appear, they'd be gone.

Although I'm not sure that Mahabharat - at least in the pre-Pandava stages - will have that appeal.
