Being born as a normal Human, Lekha was an ordinary girl. Havng compeleted her studies, was working in an MNS. She can call herself settled in life. The only thing was being single, many families were looking at her as an prospective bride for their son. Even her parents were pressurising her to get married soon.

Lekha was sitting in the balcany of her appartment having a cup of coffee in her hand started thinking over past few monts events. She met what she thought as love of her life in form of Sagar. Those 6 months were the happiest moments of her life. she found her soulmate as Sagar. Till one day he broke the news of wanting to move over their relation. Lekha was initially very hurt. But later realised how lucky she was, this relation was never meant to last long. She infact celebrated her freedom with her friends.
This incident made her thinking about happiness. whenever I was with Sagar, I was happy but this happiness didn't last long. May be it was not permenat. Being happy & sad is part of normal life. Is there anything called permenant happines? Why should I suffer, live in misery? Let me find the permanent happiness. Having read abour Budhha, Mahaveer, who left their Sansarik life in search of the ultimate truth, she knew there is a way. But is leaving Sansar the perment solution? No. Lekha decided to find the answers herself.
She took a months leave from her company, came to Haridwar, felt peaceful visiting Rishikesh.
She was sitting at the bank of Ganga, looking at the fishes in absolutely transparent water. Heard a voice.
"Even you can see your soul with a transparent mind"
Lekha turned her head to look at the person, who could almost read her mind, she was thinking about knowing her Real Self.
He was rishi Ananad, true to his name seemed really happy, in Saffron cloths. Lekha realised he is someone worth knowing. She got up, introduced herself. Rishi Ananad said he lives in an aashram nearby, if she wishes to spent some days with Nature, can come & stay in his aashram, as many other, who come to Rishikesh to experience change from their daily routine.
Lekha agreed, as she was feeling lonely in the Hotel, shifted in the aashram soon.
After settling down in the room given to her, she decided to check what else is there in this aashram?
After walking for 5 mins. she came to a Temple like structure, with " Kundalini Shakti" writen on a signboard.
Feeling a pull of power calling her, she went inside. Found rishi Ananad was meditating in a corner.

Lovely title maam!
Happiness is perhaps the most tricky feeling 2 define if defined using parameters tht we set according 2 what the world thinks.
But realising one's own self is the tru way 2 b happy.
Looking forward 2 rishi Anand giving the gyan 2 us via lekha.

Lekha's search for the ultimate truth knowing her true self which we call self realisation is nicely portrayed OS.
taking leave from her hectic schedule and going to Rishikesh and staying n the ashram all has been beautifully brought out.

Im surely eager to know what happens next whether Lekha has self realisation to her ultimate truth or not.

waiting for the next part. 👏

Seeing Rishi Ananad has compeleted his dhyan, she went to him.

Lekha: I have heard of Ma Durga, Kali, Lakshmi but, never heard of Kundalini Shakti, who is she?
Rishi Ananad: Lekha you are a Shakti too, a Stri Shakti but unaware of what is yor true form.
Lekha: I want to know, who am I.
R. A.: For that you have to know Kundalini Shakti. It is the Shakti, in your own body,is inactive at the moment. But can answer all your Q, when it is awake, activated, realised.
There are 7 chakras in our body. Exploring those Chkaras, awakening your Kundalini is like a treasure hunt, you'll discover a lot about this amazing system within your own body. Are you interested in taking a journey winthin you?
Lekha was excited, she always loved challanges, agreed immidiately.
R. A.: We'll start tomorrow morning at 6.00 am, at the same place.
Next morning she reached 10 mins early. Looked around. Only some paintings were seen, not any idol.
R. A.: Suprabhat.
Lekha: Suprabhat Swamiji. What are these paintings of?
RA: They are of the 7 chakras in our body.
Lekha: But it has pic. of some Deities too. What is the significance?
RA: Are you interested in only hearing about them or want to experience them?
Leka: Both Swamiji.
RA: The Universe what we see outside, is within you too. Your normal eyes, can not see what is inside you, so I am giving you a power, that will enable you to see within yourself.
This was like an exciting adventure for Lekha, she was excited like a child eager to go to school to learn a new lesson.
R A: Sit in Padmasan now, close your eyes.
He preesed his thumb in the just above her eyebrows in her forehead.
Now look inside you. Recite "Lung"
It's the beejakshar of Muladhara chakra, meaning the foundation, Earth is the element, is of Golden colour. This Chakra is of 4 petals. Here Kundalini Shakti lyes inactive, around a swayambhu Shivling, coiled in 3 1/2 times.
Lekha could see a 4 petal Lotus clearly with increased recitation of Lang.
R A: Now recite "Vang". That's beejakshara of Swadhishtana Chakra, the 2nd one. It has a 6 petal Chakra, water is the element, is light Blue in colour. Among creative people, this chakra is very active.
She could see a 6 petal round Chakra was clear to her now with recitation of Vang.

R A: Recite "Rang" now, the beejakshar of Manipura Chakra. It is a 10 petal Chakra of Golden colour, fire is the element. Egotism is lost here. Fantasies become practical, it developes power to command & organise.

She could see a 10 petal Golden Chakra with an inverted triangle, Red in colour, indicating Fire element, looked beautiful.
R A: Now recite "Yang". The 4th Anahata Chakra will open up in your Heart. It has a Shivling, where Rudra Shiv appears as SadaShiva, standing with Trishul in his hand.
With increased recitation of Yang, she could see a 12 petal Chakra with overlaping triangles. Facing upwords is Shiv & facing downwords is Shakti, creating a balance because of 2 forces are joined in Harmony. The Shivling was on the upperword Triangle.
R A: By mastering this Chakra, one can gain inner strength & wisdom. Vayu is the element.
Now recite, "Hang", the beejakshara of the 5th Chakra, Vishudhhi Chakra. it is a 16 petal Chakra of Golen colour, is the seat of sound in the body.
A 16 petal Chakra with a White circle shining as full Moon with a Siver crescent inside, became clear to her.
R A: The element is Aakash. Panchvakra Shiv is the Deity. Meditation on this Chakra gives calmnes, serenity, purity, melodious voice with command of speech. This Chakra leads one to the true birth into the Divine state.
After reaching the 5th Chakra, Lekha started feeling light, calm, was ready to move further.

R A: Recite Om.
After some recitation of Om, she could see a White circle with 2 shining petals. A Shivling was in the centre of the circle. She was thrilled to see Ardhanarishwar here.
R A: This is Agya Chakra, has Maha tattva, where all the other 5 tattva- elements are present. Meditating here can make one see Past Present & Future, can become Trikaldarshi too. It clears all the sins or impurities necessary to enter the 7th Chakra, Sahastrar Chakra. It developes one's Aura, in such a way that all who come in contact will become calm.
Eda & Pingala Nadi are time bound, they work upto the 5th Chakra, after that one moves into Sushumna Nadi, which is beyond time.
Lekha was in the state of nondual consciousess, on reaching Agya Chakra.
R A: Above Agya Chakra, there a minor Chakra called Soma Chakra, it's at the beginning of the7th Chakra. It's a 8 petal Chakra with a downword Triangle inside. Deities are Kameshwar & Kameshwari. Kundalini colied at the Muladhar Chakra rises upwords, through Sushumna Nadi, eagerly reaches here to unite with Shiv. While she was on Anahata Chakra, Lekha had felt a current in her spines, indicating Kundalini is ready for upword moment.
Now move upwords in the Sahastrara Chakra, the 1000 petal Lotus. Samadhi, astate of pure bliss is experienced.
Lekha's prana had reached in Sahastrara Chakra, the highest pt. Her mind was in the Shoonya Mandala. It was Sat-chit-ananad state. Her individual self became one with the Cosmic Consciousness.
She remained in this state for some time.
She heard someone calling her, Madam, Madam...
She opened her eyes. Had never experienced this state in her entire life, was filled with enegry. She looked around for Rishi Ananad. But he was nowhere to be seen.
you've been meditating since morning, it's time for the Evening aarati, would you like to join? Asked one man in Saffron cloths.
She asked him about Rishi Ananad. He was surprised, said there is no one called Rishi Ananad in this aashram, you can ask anyone.
Lekha was surprised. Decided to join the aarati, as she was in the temple.
As the aarati proceeded, she was highly surprised seeing the pujari doing aarati of Lord Shiv & the Shiv idol's face resembled Rishi Ananad's. Tears of joy started flowing from her eyes.
After experiencing the Cosmic consciousness, she was not shocked any more, It was Lord Shiva, who came as Rishi Aanand, to enlighten her. She said God, you have made me realise the true happiness, which is permenant, forever.
