Yes this is Dhritarashtra - played by actor Anoopsingh Thakur. I spoke to him via facebook and heconfirmed that he's playing young Dhritarashtra. (Pity - cos I think hed make a striking Bhim)

The picture is a behind-the scene shot and not a screenshot - so that is why he's not in character and looking blind
