Ya! Sati was so human that we really could relate to her saga,as her story had pain of a human in love with a GOD...the tragedy of te story captured our hearts, whereas Parvatis was more spiritual enlightment and hard penance and she untied with him... So no pain and passions f a human soul...love this mytho of a journey of a soul from human to an enlightened soul who loves the supreme one and YES again the triad and tribulations f uniting n separating...am BIG SUCKER fr that love...I guess that's why sati story stuck to my mind...

yup we do!!!! n I love the completeness in shiv Parvati love and how they r still the epitome of matrimonial bliss, although we humans or rather Indians like emotions n drama, that's why I find ppl remembering sati story, although that was stretched well by the DKDM makers...

Yes dearie, after marriage ended abruptly but before that the romance as in DKDM puran ran for many months, instead they could have focussed on romance and issues after marriage
