but why vishnu did that acc to mytho??

B'cos Indra asked him. In mythos, even in Vishnu Puranas, Vishnu is never depicted as being fair to both devas & asuras, even if the devas are bad or the asuras are good. In this story, when Indra asked Mahadev to destroy the Tripur cities, he was rebuffed on the grounds that the asuras were doing nothing wrong. So he asked his sidekick Vishnu to put together a plan to corrupt them, and it worked.

vishnu was alltime diplomat..during mahabharata i never supported many of krishna's deeds...no justification was enough for karna's case ..i lost respect when i heard vrinda-vishnu story

but above all i loved vishnu..because in spite of being wrong in many cases he built some unique logic😆..to justify himself...

saurabh became negative in his other show ..and we were so angry..at last he quit d shw..so we don't wanna see villain vishnu...

there was only one show who dared to portray vishnu in bad light..that was zee tv's raavan...and i was in love with that show

I saw only the first few episodes of Ravan - recorded - up to the point of his death. The flashback story I avoided. But I liked the initial episodes, where Sulochana goes into battle following Indrajit's death and Lakshman is forced to slay her.
