Ya even I have read about the curse to some apsara by Parvati after which she is born as Mandodri...the storycog Ravana seeking Parvati fom Mahadev is also connected with Mandodri, as she gets married to him according to the curse of Devi parvti...there different versions to the stories mentioned...
