I can agree with most of what's said here..and can also sympathize with shruti... but like she herself said, it's the show that spoiled us in its earlier phase..The show was excelled in romance during Shiva Sati phase (with special credit to the scintillating chemistry between Mohit and Mouni)
The show has become popular with families consisting of young and old, sitting together and enjoying it..People relate it to the Ramayana of their times.. and they feel what applies then should apply here as well..Imagine grandparents sitting with their 10 yr grandchildren (hoping to inspire them to move away from cartoons) watching an overtly romantic darukvan sequence...😳
