Is it Kubera? (I think Sukhi's answer is right - Vajra is part of the paramveer chakra, and the devotee in question was Dadhichi)

Glad to see everyone enjoying this. But no one wanted to take a stab @ my question - 2nd post on pg 1? Hey, it's pretty simple - even one clue can lead you to the right answer, even if you don't know about the others.

One of my Sons looks MUCH older than me😆

I am symbolized by the 4th star in the Great Bear Constellation

Here's my explanation of your clues:

This is from the story of Banasura where Skanda fought against Pradyumna (Kamadeva)
In some versions, he married Indra's daughter Devasena after slaying Tarakasur
Skanda fought alongside Shiva in his fight against Ganesha
