Durvasa is actually supposed to have been a blessing to Anusuya by ShivJi...so him cursing Shiva is strange!
i havent heard such a story at all-he cursed Indra(only here they replaced the garlad with a flower and an elephant with a Sevak),Shakuntala, the Pandavas-and maybe another few people-durvasa's name means someone who cannot be tolerated[LOL}..but crusing Shiva-NEVER heard of it!
but he looks older than papa Atri🤣...ideally shouldnt Chndra be one having grey hair??-he has 27 wifes🤣

Thanks Sukhi🤗
Naradji because they were trying to influence Shivji's thinking by superficial materialistic things, he is much above all of them😃
Vishnuji's idea was to influence him from a person, he can not argue, once a curse is given, it can be reduced or nullified upto a certain extent. But the effect remains up to a certain extent.
It is not in any Puranas, this is CV's idea.
May be the women doesn't age, men can be shown with white hairs & beards, bur women with all white hair & wrinkled skin will not look good.
On serious note that Yuga was different, Anasuya was present in Ram-Sita's,time too & she gave Sita a pair of cloths which had no effect of any season on them, so simmillar may be the secret of Anasuya's youth.😃

Shruti, It is not mentioned in any Puranas. Shivji changed his roop only on Vishnuji's request when Mena fainted. Here since they have shown failed efforts by Naradji, Vishvakarma & Indra, they are making Durvasa's curse like a thing unavoidable, as Durvasa was shown saying all his curses were for betterment of the World, here for the betterment of the CVs😆

i dont know why the Cvs created the durvasa curse thingy-it doesnt make sense...
dont you think they have made Mainas and Nanimas beavious so obvious in terms of how they dont like Mahadevs style of living, that its kinda obvious either of them(me hopes both🤣) are going to faint on seeing mahadevs baraat!!
sometimes i just dont understand how these peoples brains work!

It's sort of in line with tradition to explain various events away via curse or boon. And if you're going to use a curse then who better to deliver it than Durvasa? He is always cursing people in the legends. 😆

The curse and the transformation of Mahadev would be treat for sure as I really wanted a change of look on the wedding day for Mahadev since the whole event is going to be so grand. But was not aware that there will be events leading upto the change in look. Too happy with the news.

Today they really got in serious action by getting rishi Durvasa in picture, so it is Mission-Change Shivji, in this epi.😆 Tomm. will be the Bhang party, followed by our great rishi's action😆 Anasuya existed during Treta Yuga at times of Ram & Sita's vanavas, she gave Sita cloths which had no reaction of any season on them. She is also known as Sati Anasuya, some movies were made on her story. She is a very pious lady, had passed the test of Tridev, who came to test her. Such great characters can be forever young.😊

Yes meenakshi ji i have read it too, Devi Anasuya was present in Treta Yug also ,that is total off
Satya yug ( 100,000 years ) and Treta yog ( 12,96000 years ) oh my god how can a person live for such looong period . Life for 60 yrs is too tough now and think how patient she would be, but i don't know how her life ended?

Lakshmji no ji please😃 Ji is only for Shivji😊
She lived that long due to her pious life, I havn't read about how her life ended, she must have got Moksh. Two of her soms Chandra & Dattatreya are still exists. Chandra we see in the sky & for Dattatreya there are cases of him being seen in Giranar paravt, some says he comes to worship Mahalakshmi temple at Kolhapur every day.
