The chill air of Kailash drummed through his ears everything was the same deep forest nestled in the laps of the himalayas with prevalent snow throughout all seasons. He fixed his glance at his meditation seat it used to be his refuge from the worldly attachements and for some time from a doe eyed princess who had usurped the throne of his divine heart. The haunting howls of the wind made him realise that she would no more captivate his heart with her mesmerising smile, her enchanting smell, cherry blossoms and magnolia would never cease to blossom in planet Earth but the blend of the two fragrances would never enthrall even his godly senses for it only emanated from her frail body and her body...he shut his eyes unable to change reality for the ultimate truth was that her body was consumed by fire. He was Mahadev he could destroy the entire galaxy single handedly but could never run his hand through her raven tresses of hair again. His eyes became blurry and the wind blew stronger with it his body grew numb until something soft tickled his feet it was a host of jasmine pink and white the same ones that adorned her long tresses from the moment he set his eyes on her in Prajapati's bhawan. Every aspect of nature taunted him he was ready to crush one jasmine in his big palms when a soft hand entanged its delicate fingers through his large ones manipulating his palms in such a manner that the frail flower remained uncrushed. He smirked typical of her utterly graceful come what may.
"you promised you'll come soon" he muttered without looking.Two delicate arms made an attempt to enclose his large back stopping time. A soft feminine voice that he knew more than his whispered.."i will but till then no promises".
