Thanks for sharing. Now 3rd part of the book is awaited. Except some names of the characters, nothing resembles the original story of Mahadev. Our mythology is inspiration of many many stories. Sometimes while watching our tv show I feel many of them are inspired from Ramayan & Mahabharat. DkDM's story is great. Much much better then TIOM.

After I read the synopsis posted by coolfizzy and then the other comments, I was so intrigued, I have ordered my copy from amazon (not available yet on kindle(:) Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. I know it's not the story we all know and love but it still sounds like a fab "alternative" reality version and I'm quite excited to read it. Btw- that cover!!! It is so similar to the DDKM promos/ photos of Mohit (as though taken from the back) right?

the 1st part of the tri-series by amish is meluha...2nd is the secret of nagas...both released months before mahadev ws launched...mahadev promos n VFX seem to b inspired by des books...3rd part oath of vayuputras wud b out by may...

their love story in d book is interesting as well...

Hrithik is ok as Shiv.. but Piggy Chops as Sati wud not do as Sati has to be graceful, light and an awesome classical dancer.. someone who has learnt classical dancing wud b an intellignet choice..

Who cud do that in the current bollywood bunch??? any suggestions any1???
