We are here to celebrate Valentines Day

^^this has coincidentally turned out a bit like Vicky's siggy so I guess I owe credit to her :)

What is Valentines Day?

Valentine's Day, or St Valentine's Day, is celebrated every year on 14 February.

It's the day when people show their affection for another person or people by sending cards, flowers or chocolates with messages of love.

And traditionally on Valentine's Day in a leap year - every four years - women can propose marriage to their partner!

Who was St Valentine?

The day gets its name from a famous saint, but there are several stories of who he was.

The popular belief about St Valentine is that he was a priest from Rome in the third century AD.

Emperor Claudius II had banned marriage because he thought married men were bad soldiers. Valentine felt this was unfair, so he broke the rules and arranged marriages in secret.

When Claudius found out, Valentine was thrown in jail and sentenced to death.

There, he fell in love with the jailer's daughter and when he was taken to be killed on 14 February he sent her a love letter signed "from your Valentine".

How did Valentine's Day start?

Valentine's Day is a very old tradition, thought to have originated from a Roman festival.

The Romans had a festival called Lupercalia in the middle of February, officially the start of their springtime.

It's thought that as part of the celebrations, boys drew names of girls from a box. They'd be boyfriend and girlfriend during the festival and sometimes they'd get married.

Later on, the church wanted to turn this festival into a Christian celebration and decided to use it to remember St Valentine too.

Gradually, St Valentine's name started to be used by people to express their feelings to those they loved.

1. How would you define love?

I define love as being something that makes you feel special, wanted and provides the warmth in your life when everything else seems lost. It's about respect and patience and hope. It's not some fairytale but being completely honest and open and feeling secure.

2. Describe your ideal partner

For mee, I think my ideal partner has to be someone who I can trust, for everything is a matter of trust. I would like someone who support mee emotionally, mentally, financially [if need be].

Should have a good sense of humour and be rather intelligent. I like Smart men 🤓 & a romantic would be nice who like to travel!

^ How much do you agree with this quote?

I, 100% agree with this quote. For mee, this the quote of all Shakespearean quotes. Here he is basically telling you that people who change or love that changes because of some kind of circumstance, person or any force is not love. I love Shakespeare's quotes/work and for me this is what love is all about. Bearing it out even to the edge of doom. Going to unthinkable lengths for the person you love.

4. What do you love most about DKDM?

The Ensemble is one of the greatest things of DKDM, the cast is perfectly put together and I thoroughly enjoy watching this actors playing these characters. Perfect choices. :)

& secondly, the fact we get to see a new side/unknown side of Shiva that isn't shown or been looked into with great detail.

5. A message to your fellow friends-

I love you all! I have been on so many different forums but this one is easily close to the heart because everyone is so warmth and kind to one another. There is no politics or groups here. so thanks for being so nice! and I wish you all a very very special and happy V-day!

okay now to youre questions😳

1. How would you define love?

Love for me is having a bond with someone in such a way,that you can hear everything in thier heart without saying a word,wanting thier happiness even if it means giving up your own,and sticking through each other through thick and thin...sounds a bit idealistic..but yeah thats me😃

2. Describe your ideal partner

hmmm...he should be honest,genuine,caring,intelligent and kind,he should be calm cos im realllyyy hot tempered,and yeah he should love pets(im nuts about them),and be a compassionate person.

Good Looks are very exteriour they dont matter much to me😳

^ How much do you agree with this quote?

I agree,love if strong can last everything till the very end...ive seen such love stories happen in reality..but to maintain such a relationship involves a LOT of effort😊

4. What do you love most about DKDM?

the purity of Love between Sati and Shiva,its so selfless,so pure,yet so strong

they hardly meet each other,or have any contact,yet they are bound together so close that they almost live for each other😳

To be withsome that u love more then anyone else, u want to be with that some special person, ur harts only beats for that special one. To give all the love u have for a person. U will do everything just to keep him happy and without loosin urself.

2. Describe your ideal partner?

My ideal partner doenst have to be a mr perfect, mr world or mr universe. He can look normal but he must have sumthin that i feel attracted to his smile, his voice or his eyes. From the inside his hart he needs to be beautiful-clean. Nows how to talk to people. My dreamguy must be tall, musculen he must be ma big teddy bear i want to hold him very tight., who works, good hart , honest, knows how to show his love for me, good soul, treat me right and show his pasionate and pure love side for me. I must be his one and only, who can lift me up and thats what i want in a guy.😍☺️😳❤️

I really love the romanctic, passionate, divine, mesmerizing love story of shivji sati am so addicted i have to watch it❤️. And sanju also for mr BB cant wait so see him blush again🤣
