I think jackkey Bhagnani is just doing a little cameo..just to promote his new movie "Youngistaan" which also have Political subjebt... where he playing young polition.. so i think he will be there in the show for cameo where he will be saviore of Nandini and Anchal as the TC Article says .. basically he is comeing to promote his movie ..don't think there is any other purpose of his entry..lets see
