The former Dekho Magar Pyar Se girl is one helluva girl. She has reportedly turned down Ekta Kapoor's offer to act in Karmic Connections, a thriller show to be aired on Star One. She says, "I'm on a break!" Post DMPS Shweta decided to not take up any new offer. "I've just wrapped up a daily show. Working round the clock had taken its toll on me. I was not only looking terrible but was feeling pathetic about the kind of life I was living. Having said that I do intend to do TV serials but as of now I'm not taking up any offers and that's precisely why I turned down Karmic Connections." She is scheduled to do a film down South next month and that was also a factor in her turning down the offer. "Balaji wanted 25 days a month from me and I just couldn't mess around with my dates because of prior commitments." |
