Suggestion: # 4

4. Since there are an allowance of unlimited members it might be very hard for the team leader to keep tabs on each and every one of them properly so team members could also use buddy system. Then one of the buddies could inform the team leader of the progress they are making or if any problems they are facing.

For example 2 or 3 members combine and decide that okay I'll takes posts from pages 1-8, 2nd member could take from 9-16... and with buddy system if one member is unable to complete the entire designated number of pages due to any urgency or busy schedule than the back up buddy partner of that member can take over. Only rule should be that this shouldn't be dumped last minute on the buddy partner but should be informed in advance that I'm unable to meet my demands due to XXX purpose and plzz do the remaining left over work.
