GUYS THIS THE LAST QUESTION OF MY ASSIGHNMENT AND THE DEALINE FOR THE ASIGHNMENT IS TODAY I M SO CONFUSED CAN SOMEONE PLZ EXPLAIN THE QUESTION FOR ME SO THAT I UNDERSTAN HOW TO ANSWERE IT
