Her momentary happiness was shattered by the voice that reached her from the stairs…

Someone screamed "MONIYAAA!!!"

She was stunned beyond words when she saw the face of that person…but only momentarily. When he reached the newlyweds, she had recovered enough to speak. Now she finally understood what her heart and mind were trying to convey her since this morning, and why she had felt so at peace when she entered the premises of the temple….

Akash looked at her from head to toe once and then saw her Mangalsutra. he noticed the gathbandhan shawl that still binded them together. He tried digesting the fact that what he had tried preventing from happening by hook or crook had taken place and there was nothing he could do about it. Now he angrily said:" Tumne mujhe dhokha diya Moniya, mene aane me thodi der kya kardi tumne iss dhokebaaz Udayveer se shaadi karli , dhoka diya isne tumhe, mere aane se pehle mandap me yeh baith gaya,!!,"

Now Uday had removed his sehra and was about to say something when Manyata interrupted and said " pehle toh mera naam Moniya nahi 'Maharani Manyata Udayveer singh'hai,aur doosri baath dhokebaaz yeh nahi tum ho Akash jisne hamesha mujhe apne gharwalon ke khilaf bhadkaane ki koshish ki, aaj tumhari wajahse jo annarth honewaala tha woh tal gaya bhagwan ki daya se…"

Akash said "shaadi hogayi toh kya hua Moniya, tum sirf meri ho aur tum kisi aur ki ho hi nahi sakti me iss Uday ko abhi goli maar deta hoon, tab tumhe mere paas aane se koi nahi rok sakta…." Saying this he removed a gun and pointed towards Udayveer.

Manyata screamed "nahee Akash, tum aisa nahi karsakte" and came in-between the Gun and Uday.

The priest seeing all this fiasco ran for his life.

Akash dropped the gun down and said "achcha toh ab tum isse bachane ke liye apni jaan khatre me daalogi? Kitni badi bewakoof ho tum"

He signaled to someone and two ugly and scary men appeared out of nowhere.

Akash told them "ab muh kya dekh rahe ho inko kabze me le lo"

Manyata was shocked to hear this. Seeing her in shock Akash said "Tumhe kya laga ki me tumhara happily everafter hone doonga, kabhi nahi, saath jeene ki kasme khayi hai na tum dono ne ab saath marne ke liye bhi tayyar ho jao"

Manyatha yelled at him:" nahi Akash chod do hum dono ko, ab me tumhari kabhi nahi ho sakti, iss baat ko tum jitni jaldi accept karlo utna achcha hoga tumhare liye"

Akash:" Achcha ab tum me rajwaadon ke tevar bhi aagaye, me tumhe ek mauka deta hu, isko chodkar mere paas aajao, me tumhe nahi maaroonga"

Manyata: "tumhare paas aane se pehle me zeher khakar marna pasand karoongi Akash, suna tumne, I HATE YOU.."

Akash: "Theek hai ab dono apni-apni moth ke liye tayyar ho jaao.., Guards…"

Before anyone could react Akash's flunkeys came behind them and pressed chloroform doused clothes to their mouths. Before she lost consciousness Manyata noticed that Akash was laughing like a Mad Man.

3 hours later

Manyata could feel her hands were tied behind her back when she regained consciousness. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at her surroundings. What she saw made her go speechless. Uday and Manyata were tied to a tree. Both their hands were bound by ropes. They were trapped in the same hill top where Akash and Uday had their fight few months back.

It all became to clear to her. Ever since Akash came back he had been seeking revenge and nothing else. She had been a big big fool to have not recognized his true colors till now.

Uday was still unconscious so she called out his name."Uday! utho na, hosh me aao jaan hosh me aao"

her desperate pleas brought him back to consciousness. As he grasped the situation they saw Akash approaching them.

As he came near he told them "dekha mujhe dhokha dene ka nateeja, ab tum dono ko bhagwan bhi nahi bachasakta. Tum dono yahee par tadap tadap ke maroge…"

saying this he pointed out to something tied to the tree beside them. "yeh box dekh rahe ho, isme ek bomb laga hua hai, jab meri lagaai hui aag dheere dheere jalte hue iss ped tak pohonchegi tab yeh bomb phatega aur tum dono tadap tadap kar maroge aur mera badla poora hoga" he said with a evil smirk on his face.

He moved back a little and took out a cigar lighter. He opened fire and set fire to the end of the long rope that bound them. Now he left them to their own fate and went away whistling happily.

Manyata was crying silently now. She had a flashback of her wedding pheras. She suddenly remembered what she had promised him during the fourth phera….

"agar kabhi tumhare aage mrityu aayi toh me aage badhkar usse apna loongi"

At the same time Uday continued to struggle and their knots loosened up a little bit.

Manyata noticed this and said "Uday mujhe maaf kardo, meri wajah se aaj tumhari jaan khatre me hai, par bhagwan ne hum me se ek ko bachne ka mauka diya hai. Tum yahaan se chale jaao"

Uday: "nahi Manyata, shaadi ki kasme sirf tum par lagoo nahi hoti, mujhe bhi unhe nibhaane ka mauka doh, me tumhe yahaan akele chodkar nahi jaaoonga"

Manyata: " ek baat boloon, pata hai aaj hi mujhe ehsaas hua ki sachcha pyar kya hota hai, aur me apne pyaar ko iss tarah se marne nahi doongi, haan me tumse bohot pyaar karti hu Uday, I love you, tumhe mera vaasta tum yahaan se jao please"

The fire had burnt half the rope now and was slowly eating away their life second by second.

Both had tears in their eyes now and Manyata continued persuading Uday to leave the place.

Manyata: " Uday me ne tumhe poori zindagi dukh ke siva aur kuch nahi diya, kam se kam aaj toh mujhe mauka doh tumhare liye kuch achcha karne ka, aur phir hamare gharwalon ke bare me bhi socho, apni praja ke baare me socho, tum ek Maharaj ho, Praja ko sambhalna tumhari zimmedari hai. Isilye tumhe yahaan se jaana hi hoga Uday.. Please meri baat maano jaan..please"

Uday: "Manyata me yahaan se tumhare bagair nahi jaoonga,saath jee nahi sake toh kya Marenge toh hum dono saath me marenge"

Manyata continued with her pleadings but no avail. Uday had none of it. Suddenly Manyata screamed.

The fire had reached the tree and was fast approaching them. Their lives flashed before both of their eyes…

The first meeting at the Beach, then Uday dragging Manyata home, Uday declaring her his Future Queen in front of the Media, Uday taking her to shooting range, their first dance, Manyata and her Yuvrani Training, then Manyata hugging Uday after winning the second competition, ManVeer at the Devgadh palace, then Uday saving her from the Poisonous apple…The feelings that arised in her mind during their wedding…

In short all the memories of time spent together in last 6 months flashed before them. They saw no hopes of living for one more minute now. The fire had reached the knots and was burning their hands. They both closed their eyes awaiting death.

But The Providence had other plans for them. Suddenly the skies opened up and it poured hard dousing the fire and making wet the bomb that was tied to the tree. The fire had actually opened their knots by burning it. They got completely free and then ManVeer embraced each other out of happiness.

They hugged for a long time, then maneuvered out of the Hug and said at the same time" Ab hum kabhi alag nahi honge" both laughed at this and started walking towards their future, which would be filled by only smiles and happiness now.

They had found each other now and nothing could separate them…Then they saw Jagat running towards them. When he reached them Manyata asked " Jagat, kahan the tum, hamare saath itna bada kand hua aur tum ab aarahe ho?"

Jagat replied " Woh jab Akash ke gundo ne Aap dono ko gher liya toh me wahaan se chupke se chala gaya Police ko bulane, mujhe kisi ne notice nahi kiya, lekin Jab me wahaan Police ke saath pohoncha toh wahaan koi nahi tha, phir bohot sochne ke baad mujhe iss jageh ka khayal aaya"

Manyata: " chal koi nai, iss saari jhanjat se ek baat toh achchi hui, hum dono ek hogaye,"

Then She said to Uday "Aaj agar tum Shaadi par Akash se pehle nahi pohonchte naa toh mere haaton sabse badi galati ho jaati, isiliye sahi waqt par aane ke liye yeh jhappi" she hugged him once again and whispered "I love you" so low that only he could hear it. All of them laughed in relief at the turn fate had taken.

As ManVeer walked hand in hand they saw Akash's cold body on the ground.

The same fate that had saved their lives had taken the life out of Akash. As he was walking proudly after setting the fire he was ignorant of his surroundings. Unknowingly He stepped on the tail of a snake and the snake bit him. He died instantly frothing out of mouth. No one came to save him as the place was too deserted. He paid the price of his own sins.

6 months Later

ManVeer were very happy today. Today was the six month anniversary of their wedding. Manyata had one more reason for happiness which she had been keeping under wraps from Uday. Yes the dream that she had seen in the car while going to the wedding venue was about to be fulfilled. She was just thinking how to break this surprise to him, when Uday entered the house yelling her name. He saw her, picked her up in arms and spun her around. He looked so happy today. Here she was planning on surprising him and she was the one who was surprised. So she asked him with a confused look on her face " Kya hua Uday? Tumhari khushi ka kaaran Kya hai? Mujhe bhi batao naa"

He set her on her feet and said "yeh reports padlo khud pata chal jayega" saying this he gave her the envelope.

She opened it and the report said" Pregnancy Confirmed". He kissed her forehead. She made a puppy face and said "me toh tumhe yeh baat surprise me bataanewali thi par Doctor uncle ne mere saare surprise pe paani pher diya". He laughed at her antics.

They had all the happiness in the world now because Akash was long dead and J had left for America immediately after Akash's death. There was no one to cause trouble in their lives at present. They had got this happiness after so much of struggle.This was a news worthy of celebrations. So they both left hand in hand to announce the arrival of the new sunshine in their lives, to their families.
