Why is everyone blaming Sony channel?

I just don't get it why people are blaming Sony channel? It's the producers that turned a beautiful story into crap by that Moniya-Akash nonsense. How long will a channel put up with a show that did not even manage to get a trp of 1?

I completely understand the frustrations but think from channels perspective. This show had so much potential when it first started but they turned it into family politics, Rona dhona, Moniya antics, jainandinis OTT vamp mode and zero consistency in the story Infact no story at all.. How long will Sony bear to support such a show who's production house cared 2 hoots about it audience??

Now it's too late to show Manyata- Uday alliance.. They should have done this a long time ago

the two main reasons were inconsistency and monash, and also poor execution of some of the scenes..now it seems to be on the rt track..maybe if the trps increase miraculously they might consider time slot change and extension! i also think that m was so much into akaash jaap that it will take a while to believe that she is now into uv, but by then the show will end..sad!

I agree that monash was dragged too much and that really affected trps esp after coronation. But apart from that, I feel that sony is biased against DEK. There are hardly any promos aired. Also, check setindia website - It looks as if DEk is not part of sony. On homepage, there is info & slideshow of all shows but DeK is missing. Even when sony airs a general group promo of its shows and movies, all shows clips are mentioned except DEK. If low trp is issue, them BHBK has lower trp than DEK and still it gets preference and even one maha episode.

shals i agree with you.i think cvz are totally involved in ruining the show.but with it sony channel is also responsible.no promotion of DEK episodes via promos.every monday i think on every 2nd day they on aired promos of other serials.some where i feel shows like BHBK N KTLKG also have low trps than why sony channel don't want to end them.even SV also got extension for few months than why not DEK.it clearly indicating the least interest of sony channel people..i agree with you actually cvz also involved in it coz of inconsistency in the show n m-aakash useless n extended love track.this is the reason why show is ending.but i think cvz plus channel both involved in this.

Ever1 deserves a 2nd chance and our show needs the same

I agree with you. I m not saying that only sony is to be blamed. Show definitely didnot go as it should have and the result was low trps and everyone frustated n depressed with cvs. I know PH took time but then they definitely got the story on right track. They changed the CV and now just Look at the last 3 weeks episodes.. Each episode has been mind blowing. And when every other show got second chance then why is DEK not given that?? And that is why now sony is to be blamed.

The cvs are responsible for writing and running the show, but Sony is responsible for promotion- if promotions are poor how can Trps increase and how can interest in a show be generated...
