Chapter 2
Manyata had come back from London after completing her studies. Jay was busy with her classes and Arnav was out of city. Manyata was getting bored at home so she decided to call her friends. That was her habit. She couldn't stay in the home without getting bored, so she always made plans with her friends. After telling Maasi Anita about her plans, she went to the mall. She wanted to buy something for jay, as her birthday was coming near. She knew she'd forget her birthday on due date so decided to pick her a gift in advance, but she couldn't decide what to pick. She looked outside the shop, but still no sign of her friends.
She looked thoroughly at each dress.
"this one will look good on jay" she thought to herself as she chose a long red maxi.
"no! this one is good" she again thought picking up a purple gown.
Finally, she saw what she was looking for.
"This dress is only made for my sister" she mumbled to herself. She totally admired that dress.
"Pack this dress I'll pick it up in five minutes" manyata told the sales man and went to the next shop to buy some accessories.
It took her half an hour to buy the matching jewelry for the dress.
Her cell phone rang then. She picked it up and went in the shop. It was one of her friend, telling her that she can't make it. Manyata paid the bill, still talking on the phone and walked out. She collided with some one in the lot. Her bags fell. Before she could pick them two hands brought those bags to her. She abruptly looked up.
"oh my god! Aaj subha aubha kis ka chehra dekh liya jo aj itne haseen log dekhne ko mil rae ha?" he looked at her getting up. "hume nai pata tha ke humare liye shopping ki ja rai ha?" he smirked.
"kuch logon ko bohat khush fehmi hoti ha!" manyata said with hatred and walked towards her car.
"itni jaldi bhi kia ha jane ki princess? Abhi abhi to mile ha!" he grabbed her hand.
"leave my hand!" she said pushing him back.
He was going to say something but someone called his name from behind. He looked behind to see who it was. Manyata silently walked towards her car and drove out.
It was his girlfriend. "tum yaha kia kar rahe ho? I was looking for you all over the place" she told him.
He looked at the lot which was now empty.
Hum se baach kar jao gi kha manyata. We'll meet again soon. He thought and the turned towards his gf who was waiting for his reply.

"Guys! Please do something! I am getting bored" Tania said looking at manyata.
They were all sitting in the coffee shop.
"So what do you want to do?" manyata asked her sipping her soft drink.
"Let's play 'Truth or Dare'!" Aisha suggested.
"It's a child's play yaar!" Manyata said
"Don't worry we'll make it fun! No truth's only dares and the dares are not going to be simple they are going to be tricky" Aisha said with a grin.
"I am in" manisha said. Everyone looked at manyata.
"Let's do this then" manyata smiled.
They got their turns only manyata was remaining. After a lot of suggestions they finally gave her the dare. Aisha excused herself to take a call, before the dare was decided.
"Manyata you'll have to go and slap the first person coming out of that way" Tania said pointing her towards the way.
"What? Are you guys out of your mind?" Manyata exclaimed.
"c'mon Manyata its just a game don't take it seriously! Besides if u are scared then u may quit" Tania was making her move.
"I am not scared all rite! Kis ko thapar marna ha?" Manyata asked getting up.
"that's like my girl!"tania praised her.
They looked around to find a guy and spotted one near them.
"yar do u se that guy over there!" Tania pointed towards him.
Manyata looked over there and saw a guy in black shirt talking on the phone.
"The one talking on the phone?" Manyata inquired.
"Yeah that's ur dare!"
Just then the guy looked around and Manyata recognized his face.
"So u r gonna slap him?" they confirmed.
"With pleasure" Manyata said with a mischievous grin.
When she left Aisha came back and tania told her about the dare and pointed towards the guy.
"Stop her!" she immediately told them recognizing the guy
"Why?" they both asked startled
Meanwhile, Manyata reached him ignoring the calls of her friends from behind.
"Hey" she called him.
The guy looked back and seeing her, an impious grin covered his face.
"I'll call u back!" he said on the phone and turned towards her.
"aj to koi ajoba e hoa ha jo ap kud humare pas ai" he smirked.
"tum jase logo ko bohat xiada khush fehmia hoti ha. Bus un mein se ek ko dor karne ai hu" and just then manyata's hand reached his face and a loud sound came.
This slap took him by surprise and it took him a minute to understand what had happened. Anger was flushing through him. He looked at the spot where she was standing but she was nowhere in sight by then.
Manyata reached her friends all were worried by then.
"Manyata what have you done?" aisha was the first one to question her.
"I just completed my dare" Manyata was relaxed now.
"firstly we should just get out of here before anything else happens" Tania told them getting up.
"but guys abhi to maza ana shuru hoa tha-" Aisha's glare made her stop
she followed her friends quietly and they left the mall's caf.
"now will anyone tell me why we left?" manyata's patience had expired
"Manyata do u have any idea who that guy was?" Aisha questioned her.
"I don't know and I don't care!" she passed a hand through her hair.
"Manyata that was no ordinary guy" Tania told her quietly.
"you just slapped the most powerful person"
Manyata looked at her friends confused.
"You slapped YUVRAJ UDAYVEER SINGH!" Tania exclaimed.
