Pathological Obsession.

Yep. Its not about J's rights over Devgarh or how she is the frustrated younger child who was never good enough to fill in the grand Maanyata gap. This post is about an illness that J is garnering , irrespective of whether the writers ( if they are writers at all ) are aware of the same or not. What began as an attraction and pull towards UV is slowly turning into a fixation , on the lines of a pathological obsession.

Look at J. She knows that UV who was earlier ignorant and dismissive of her absolutely hates her. She knows that UV who used to be her BFF once upon a time, can no longer stand the very sight of her. She knows that he hasn't and he will never love her. She knows that UV's existence was and is always centered around Maanyata. Even when he wanted her for the throne and even now when he truly loves her. She knows that even today when she has 'APPARENTLY' won the game , the throne, the crown, she knows that UV is not included in the package deal.

Yet, yet, yet, the kid lives in an illusionary make believe world. She behaves with UV as though they are still best friends , as though he is over the moon at the prospect of marrying her , as though he is crazy about her. These are early signs of self-deceptive fixation and it will be no surprise if J turns into a pathological obsessive lover over UV. He is some sort of a trophy for her that she wants to keep , not just because it will be a win over Maanyata. She wants him because she is fixated and obsessed with him.

J should really go back to London because she needs to release herself from this self inflicted misery of trying to create her own space in a shell which was never hers. If , this girl, would have spent even one day of her life in making her own place as Jaynandini , if she would have grown up empathizing and accepting the fact that her elder sister was kidnapped , if she would have understood that she is Jaynandini and not a Maanyata replacement , and if Komal and BR would have been good concentrating parents , J's story would have been something different all together.

I don't hate her as such, I just feel sorry for the mess that her life is , because of her dark and obsessive streak for both ManVeer.

And talking of UV, I don't think that either of the sisters deserves UV. Maanyata uses and abuses him. J is obsessed with him and thinks he is a material possession. He deserves better. MUCH.MUCH. BETTER.

The way her character is been shaped, only such can be the end of her character. she would never admit defeat, she will be like a usual vampy bitch who always creates hurdles for everyone for pure sadistic pleasure. I hate the very sight of her. Manyata irritates me but for reasons I don't hate her, it is just pure dislike. But J? GOD! Just the thought that I used to sympathize with her and justify her action. UFF! She is acting intolerable now! Agra mein bed book karwado ais ke liye.

You are right, UV technically deserves someone else. But kya karen yaaar? I can't see him without anyone but Manyata despite having no hopes of ManVeer being the end game. Guess I should book my bed next to J, this show is driving me insane for all the wrong eyes :P

Rightly said.I can clearly see an obsessive streak in her.She always have felt that Manyata is only important for the family even though it was not so obviously from DS or Brij atleast.This girl as you said needs a break and she too is tired of this blackmailing games as she said .You can feel for her but then her doings make you think twice on that.I dunno what hell will break koose when that Throne is taken away from her,which is her obsession after UV😕

I only can say one thing Jai's obsession will lead her no where😡
