Shritama Mukherjee , who plays Rajkumari Jainandini in Sony Entertainment Television'sDekha Ek Khwaab , is a happier girl now. Readers will remember that she was earlier unhappy with the fact that her role had been reduced in this show. "Yes, things have got better now with the current track where my character records Udayveer (Ashish Kapoor ) murdering Akash (Abhishek Rawat ) and will black mail the former. Jainandini will even force Uday to take her out on a date. So now, Jainandini is in the thick of things now as is the only one who knows that Udayveer is responsible for Akash's disappearance." The drama has been heightened with Moniya sitting ondharnaoutside the Raj Mahal demanding to know Akash's whereabouts. Apart from her role, Shritama is also feeling a bit satisfied by the fact that the numbers of her Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd produced show have now been maintaining its ratings at 1TVR. Prior to this new track, the TRPs were in a free fall. And while shritama is content with her character now, ProducerShrishti Arya is also quite happy with the actress' performance till date and says, "Shri is a very good actress who brings out all the nuances in Jainandini, exactly the way we had imagined. She's also a lovely girl and a delight to work with." Shritama does not think that her character is negative, "I guess everything is fair in love and as my character told in the earlier episode that Udayveer has no right to call her character names as he himself has crossed the line by actually eliminating Akash in order to get Moniya (Priyal Gor )." And with IPL just around the corner, would that pose a challenge to this daily? The actress thinks there is a possibility. "I just hope that the numbers don't dip again," ends Shritama.
