Even then, it holds the same. Suri gave her the choice and she chose him. Aakash is more about getting 'Princess Maanyata Nightmares' than loving Moniya.

Its a matter of opinion and difference of opinion. So, i guess we call it quits here because we stand up for different thoughts , people and mindsets. You keep your opinion and we keep ours.

how can he expect her to put him first over n above everything...over UV wud still b understandable ...but also her family!!!!! ...c'mon that's not very noble!!!

Because that family is trying their best to separate them. If they accept his love for Maanyata, why will he prevent her from accepting her new family?

Now Maanyata should decide what she wants.

If you forgot Akash is the one who made an exaggerated speech about the girl's future being Princess Manyata when her family took her away albeit forcefully. But then his character took a 180 degree and started acting like a lost puppy in love doing things I for one never expected a mature level-headed guy like Akash to do-sneaking into the girls room and neglecting work- among others. Insecurity is one thing but preventing your girlfriend to not move ahead in life and instigating her against her own family who waited 16 years for her return is taking things too far. I don't think love (if you feel that is what prompts Akash to act like he does) is so shallow to let all other relationships wilt and wither..no matter what the reasons are!

ok...but th family is not mafia..just ppl who hav found their longlost daughter who was snatched away frm their fold rather tragically...so their instinct to hold n sequester manyata wud b very natural ...
but th family never tried to put down akash or chawl friends to begin with..she was even allowed visits to th chawl...th family at that point were aware of akash-m connection ( as UV went to get m frm akash's place)...n it was only afterhe was found hiding in manyata's closet that th royal family changed tack...
chikki soni were quite welcome at devgarh house...in fact had a sleepover too...they cud hav hav been prejudiced abt JN ,UV, VB but even those girls never showed much respect or acceptance fr manyata's new family...rather were always shown as being in a huddle wid akash over how to get manyata bak!!!RIDICULOUS!!!

I never have and never will judge a man only the basis of their looks, class and background...but yeah I do judge people on the basis of their thoughts and actions...Akash is a nice person, and he is also good at heart, but his attitude and behaviour is the reason which makes me dislike him...which person in their right mind will keep telling his supposedly one and only love that her family does not want her happiness?..that he needs to "rescue" her from her own family? ...its rediculous actually..and now when he sees Manyata happy with a new friend..his trust for her disappears in a moment?Just because she has found a new friend does not mean that she has forgotten him..she has every right to be happy with whoever she wants...his this attitude that he does not trust the person he loves is another reason why I dont like him...instead of going and asking Manyata if something is up between her and UV...he goes and gives bhashan to UV...isnt that weird?..if you have problem with a person , then ask that person directly..why go and get a view from another person?..his this attitude makes Akash a very weak character...and sorry I dont like weak characters .
Yes, UV is mean, bad...I dont support even now what he did to Akash, like making him lose his job...but even then I want Manyata to choose him over Akash...have you ever thought why UV waited for Manyata for 16 years despite knowing the fact that may be Manyata can never be found? why he was troubled when he was asked to marry Jay? yes he agreed to marry Jay because he convinced himself that by doing so he will serve his duty as a Prince of Jaigarh..but he was not really over the moon in doing so...UV really proved that he really does loves Manyata despite the fact he likes to hide it...his 16 years of wait proved it.
As for Manyata is concerned, she is blindly in love with the concept of loving Akash...and you know when someone stops you from getting something we tend to become more adament in getting that thing...I feel Manyata is doing the same for Akash...she wants him because she has been forbidden from getting him...have you noticed that she is herself only when she is with UV? and with Akash its like she is someone different..why?...we can be ourselves only with the people we are fond of, we love...Manyata has not realised it yet..but soon she will.
All rich people are not evil just as all poor people are not good...its a really narrow minded thought...I guess this thought has developed because we think rich people can buy anything, get away with anything just cause they have the money...its I guess is the case of grapes are sour..I always believe If you have it show it...if you dont have it then please dont even try to show it...it just ruins you.
Yeah I have watched RNBDJ but I really dont find any similarity between Suriji and Akash...Suriji did what Akash can never do, he trusted Tani, he trusted her that no matter what happens, his love for her will win, and if it did not he was ready to let her go.

I completely agree with your post mysticwater24 and others who don't like the character Akash. As for right now I'll only say that categorizing and branding people based on their financial status is the most narrow minded mentality ever.
I don't understand why does Akash has this urge to rescue Manyata or even the other chawl friends for that matter. She is with her family, not abducted by goons that she needs saving. She is being trained and groomed to behave in a better manner, she is given knowledge and education by her family, is that wrong ? And if we all remember the conversation between DS and Uday, she did say that she won't go back on her promise of separating Akash and Manyata but Manyata herself will not accept Akash because she will be able to see for herself that she deserves a lot more and Akash is just pulling her down.
So even though everyone is conniving and plotting, the ultimate decision lies with Manyata. If Akash is as good as he thinks himself to be then he has nothing to fear. And if knows Manyata well he should know that family is important to her. She has already chosen Murari over Akash once. He needs to understand that he needs to give Manyata space to make her decison. And she is still young as compared to a mature Akash.
Behaving like a goon and slandering her family's name in the press and the world is not going to do any good for her. A person who can't understand the evil intentions of his own parents is not fit to be able to rule along with a princess. He has to understand and accept that Manyata is not an ordinary girl but a princess and has a greater calling. If he really loves her he needs to groom himself and make himself worthy of her so that he can give her the kind of support she will need as a ruler.
And lastly it is the weakness and selfishness of Akash's character that makes most of the people hate him. Uday will do anything to keep Manyata happy but Akash will do anything to have Manyata with him irrespective of her happiness. This is the difference between a roadside romeo, Akash and a true prince in love, Uday.

I care for your sentiments and hit the like button.
In the world of tele entertainment - Akaash fails to entertain - simple as and I respect everyone's POV - But there are no two ways around that.
No one is looking at Akaash in a realistic picture - the whole Dekha ek khwaab is a fantasy filled concept and from that perspective - Udhay veer shines.
And Akaash is rather a selfish man who doesn't want Manyata to progress in life. Once a chawl waali - always a chawl waali is Majnu, Chikki and Soni's collective moto!
Akaash is also high up on himself.. he feels as a floor manager - he is good enough to marry a princess - like he said ab mein tumhaare kabil ho gaya hoon. Duh! 😕 Akaash!

Every family, would do that what the royals are doing. No family would accept a man who is socially at a lower status to them as their son in law. Is it wrong? Yes and No.

Yes, becoz not always money decides the nature and goodness of a Human being.

No, Becoz as Parents they are justified into thinking that way, becoz when it comes to their children they have the right to think well of them. Sometimes, rather most of the times, children DO MAKE mistakes, no mater how OLD or ADULT they are, example~ cases in crime patrol.

Akash, true, he WAS a good human being, even he did not have the money to compate with the royals. However, he all of a sudden started acting as a love sick puppy, senseless, immature man. He out of his insecurities is holding back Monya, from becoming Mnayata. Monya WILL NOT BE Monya always. She IS Manyata, a Princess. As a princess her Responsibilities come first not her love or her personal life. Its TRUE for all Leaders. Akash also has responsibilities, but is not letting Monya realize it that, even he is not realizing his own responsibilities.

If he has to impress the royal family, then become successful and come to their standard or show them that he is worthy of their trust and their daughter, instead of hiding in their daughter's closet, like a pervert. After getting caught, he doesnt even realize that he is wrong and he is not realizing becoz of this incident how much SHAME his 'girlfriend' 's family had to face. Why would a family ACCEPT a Man like that for their daughter who doesnt even respect her family or care for their reputation.

As for UV, he is not a SAINT we knew that always, we know he is kind of Evil, he has always remained true to his character of a Evil Prince, used to get things in his way. yes he did get Akash loose his job, but Akash did act like a fool by offering him the chance. Honestly he had given A a lot of warnings, but he hadnt cared about it. If he had taken them seriously, he wouldnt have lost his job.

As for the LOVE you are talking about IT is NOTHING more than an INFATUATION.
