1 Minute

Just one minute. That was all that we got of ManVeer today and that 1 minute, don't know about you guys but I'm gonna remember it for a long time!

I was right today on two things - one that Uday is PERFECT! I've said it before in one post or the other that Uday is really perfect and today DS said it herself, making my words eternal 😛 Ok, that is exaggerating things but STILL! <3 Sure, there was it was super biased in a very royal way but Allah! The way he was smiling at all those praises...!! 😳

Second - I've gone mad regarding the show. For more than half of the epi, I was sitting with my head in my hands and my brother behind me on the stairs with a more or less blank expressions. He was passing remarks and I was replying to them. Come the second break coming-up of ManVeer, my mouth drops in shock and he passes another remark. My reaction? I get up, go to him, grab his neck and start strangling him looking like a full on psycho with my open hair. God, I have gone mad Maybe you all are thinking that I am super crazy teenage girl who gets way too much attached to fictions...I'm not like that but! ManVeer is making me that way! 😭

ANYWAY! That 1 minute! Just how peaceful it was. He came into the room with a helpless expression seeing her lying on the bed like that. Her, who was like a storm with her constant blabbering and movements around the house and in his life, was just sleeping there. He walked towards her, never for once moving his eyes from her sleeping face. He came to her, gently touching her hand he positioned it softly on her chest. Carefully, he made the blanket around her. Lovingly, he wiped away those tear mark from her cheek. So selflessly, he asked her to just get alright and be that wild girl that she always is.

"Dekho, tumhara halkat veda agaya."

I just melted there when he said it. It's not even a romantic line, it's not like they are lovers, it's not like she is in this state because they had a fight or they are on the verge of being apart forever! But, it's one of the sweetest and the most genuine lines that I've heard anyone say. He indirectly said it that his life is now incomplete without her. He wants her, he needs her. To be there, to constantly challenge him, to push him back whenever he tries to approach her! Slowly, she's making a huge and irreplaceable place in his life and steadily, he's getting to know it.

P.S - Vijay Bhai's "cheekh cheek ke W T F!" was the show stealer for today! At least for a Vijay Bhai crazy like me! 😉

Uday may be greedy for the throne, or may even be manipulative, but his concern for Manyata is genuine. He has always locked up his feelings infront of others; when J guessed that he was in love, he denied saying it was part of the game, when Unnati told him she was sick, he denied saying it was all an act, even though his face dropped. But infront of unconscious Manyata, today Uday was himself. He wasn't a prince or a son. He was a man, who had fallen in love, he was a HUMAN who felt & not the cold prince, he shows himself to be. He let his emotions out as he caressed her face & told her that her 'halkat veda' had come. This was, in my opinion, the most genuine ManVeer scene till date. Uday may play all the games he wants, he may fight with her, whatever, but he has always cared for Manyata. There was never a pretense be it when he reprimanded the servants many episodes ago for not taking good care of Manyata infront of DS & Komal, or even when he scolded the press for pointing a finger at Manyata's character.

To all those who constantly ask us why ManVeer, or even question Uday's intentions, this scene clearly pointed out why it just has to be ManVeer. Like what DS pointed out, he can be strict/firm when it comes back to making decisions, but he can be equally warm & forgiving at the same time. Uday, in my opinion, is not only a good king, but he is a good person as well, despite all the wrongs he has done, or even all the flaws he might have.

True. It was THE most genuine ManVeer scene, at least from Uday's side. The man cares so deeply about her, people die wishing for someone like that to be in their life and by their side and this girl has already gotten him. She just has to wake up and realize it. They are beautiful, I tell you. In all senses and with all their individual flaws, together they complete each other.

Umm...i have written this in atleast three posts...so don't feel like repeating it any more! But MAN that scene! BANG ON! FABULOUS! AWESOME! SUPERB!

So MANY things said with so LESS words in such LESS time!

Emotionally, It surpassed the insanely SUGARY and LONG and BORING MonAsh scenes!

It actually showed the depth in a relation!

There was Majnu, shouting and screaming least bothered of Manyata's reputation or her condition! And here was our prince charming... expressing his worries about her through those 5 words.

<3<3<3 for our prince charming!

Yeah, I guess I am. But oh well, my brother has always been my living diary. Else I would explode from all my emotions!!

Words weren't necessary today. AK did the scene flawlessly!! And you just said what I told my brother and MonAsh have had countless cute, cheesy, romantic lines but they were NOTHING compared to Uday's one line. Ufff!!!!

Exactly!! Their one simple heartfelt moment just wiped all those countless romantic conversations of MonAsh!
