Hey As for 2:39 I really don't knw which on is it.. But for November 28 UV on conversation with Unnati.. I think I have mentioned it above.. BOLD:

Also if you are on abt the epi where he's shown with a girl in his room.. Lemme remind you they were sharing a room but not BED.. He's shown in the bathroom instead..

I m not taking u in a wrong way but being a fan of UV.. I m just shocked as how come I've never come up with his sleeping around habbits while watching DEK without missing any of his scenes.. .. And was asking you to put some light on it..

As for the scene being referred- did UV hide the girl in the closet? Did he pretend to his sister that "it isn't what you think'? Did he even lock the door? The least anyone does when taking a member of the opposite sex to bed is to lock the door from inside.

Instead UV introduced the girl to his sister, sister mind you. And the same sister had no hesitation about introducing her friend to UV later. That is not the behavior of someone who "sleeps around" my dear.

But seriously what are you against - that UV sleeps around or that M should be allowed to have a man hiding in her bedroom?

Uday's character is dheela. No doubt - we all know what he did or was going to do with that girl in his bedroom.

Moniya and Akash had no such intentions really - besides a few jokes here and there. Their love is more innocent. Agreed. Akash was going to leave way before getting caught.

Nothing wrong with Moniya having a boyfriend.

Problem is with the time and place.

lol, yes, it is a modern age. but not every family is so modern nowadays. and plus, our dramas still embody the our traditional culture - our traditional values and principals.. in our culture, a daughter of the house hiding a guy in her room is not right. yeah, in modern families it may not be a big deal, but for quite a lot of people it still is a big deal, and it definitely is a huge deal in the dramaworld.
as for your other point about udaybeer sleeping around - here's the deal: other than unnati and his dad, NOBODY else has ANY idea that he sleeps around with other girls. don't u remember, how in the first episode jay told him that DS has no idea what a cunning and wicked guy he really is... they don't have ANy idea.. if they did, they won't be treating him so dotingly. 😆 in our culture, a guy being found in a girl's room is a big deal, but so is a girl being found in a guy's room. udaybeer's dad is just shown as modern and greedy to actually impose all these rules, while DS is just shown as much more cultural.
also a very important point here: it was akash, an average commoner, a chawl guy who was found in a PRINCESS's room, hidden in her cupboard. if it was perhaps some other royal guy, the commotion won't have been that extreme. but their princess daughter having some random "maamuli" sa chawl guy in her room - THAT IS BIG for them. people care about status, SPECIALLY these royals, specially when it comes to their daughters.
and as for sexist, depends on our views. i just see all of our traditional strict rules on girls as a fact that we girls are just so much more special and precious to our families that they care a lot more about us - guys can take care of themselves, while we girls are just, naturally, made bit more softer and delicate, and thus our culture feels we need to be taken more care of. =)

listen, uv was not right in sleeping around with girls. none of us think of him as right. sure he is wrong, and he needs a lot of redemption in order to deserve manyata. however, that being said, he did not betray his dad or sister like manyata did. both of them are wrong.
and both will become better persons through the span of the show and through falling in love. they can't have uday as a perfect character from the start of the show only - phir reh kya jayega dikhane ko?😆
