So...who remembers those famous lines when replacing Akaash with 'Raj'?
I know judging by most of the posts, which I've read that everyone's got their take on today's episode, so I thought I'd add my two pennies worth in as well.😛
Today's episode reminded me of DDLJ, when Simran wanted to run off with Raj because there were so many obstacles in their relationship but he told her the following (this is something I've always followed considering DDLJ came out when I was like 3 but only properly understood it when I watched it five years later):😆

The line underlined strongly applies, in my view to Monash.
It all started off lovey dovey, stringing the royals along, playing with UV's feelings, meeting on the sly, lying but what happened they got caught and it's over.🥱
Now as much as M would love to say the same lines to her Akaash, there is no way I can see any similarity between Akaash and the character of Raj even though it's a pretty similar situation. Do you guys remember the climax scene where a battered, bruised and blooded Raj silently got his backpack and got on the train?😭. He didn't utter a word it was his silence and those eyes, which compelled Simran's father to let her go to him, even Simran's strong and priciple minded father (somewhat like Brij) was melted by the look in those eyes and he saw the love Raj had for his daughter😳. Yes those who are goner say he met up with her on the sly like Akaash, well actually he didn't hide in her room and he was present in front of the family and his sole purpose for being there was to win them over not her, he knew he won her over it was the family that was important to him.
As perverted as it sounds Akaash just wanted to play dress up with M, well that's my view🤢. Agreed like any 'Hero' he received a beating but that villainous laugh directed at UV made me think of him as a bitter, twisted human being👎🏼. Unlike Raj this so called hero first insults DS who happens to be the Queen, it completely contrasted to how UV has so much respect for her😕. All I saw was a selfish Akaash even at the end he was jumping around screaming 'I love you Moniyaaa'; I for one hate public displays and the need to always express feelings because some things should just be felt right? It all just seemed a bit dramatic. Had he been like Raj and just apologised and left with some pride I would have respected the guy a little bit but I've lost all respect for him now.😳
Many of you are upset with how UV handled the situation, well frankly speaking the only thing I saw in his loss of control was love for Manyata:- The girl he spent his childhood with, the girl who he searched for for 16 long years, he then finds her and she's nothing like what he expected or deserved but still falls in love with her, then she strings him along and finally he finds her boyfriend in her room.😭 I'm a very calm minded person but if I was in his place I would have done a lot more. Come on how many guys do you know (maybe not as hot as UV) who would do nothing upon finding a random guy in their finance's room?😲
The chances of Manveer happening may be very unlikely towards the end but for me UV's loss of control was more dignified and justified in contrast to Akaash hiding in a cupboard, not even apologizing to the family he was going to ask his gf's hand from and then jumping around screaming I LOVE YOU MONIYAAA🤔. If UV had just stood there and not done anything it would have been completely contradictory to his character, if this was UV a month before he would have probably not lost his control and would have been satisfied with Manyata being embarassed and she would now be in his control as he has one up on her. Remember a few months back he brought the media with him to succeed in taking M?, he could have planned something much more bitter to really embarrass her but he cant now because he loves her but he also wants the best for her🤗.
As for Moniya- No comments they ruined teri deewani as well, a more appropriate song would have been 'mein aisi kyun hoon', I agreed with everything J had to say minus the bit about getting UV.
For those fans who are doubting UV atm let's just say the real challenge isnt getting into a relationship it's maintaining it and UV will prove that; he's never going to give up on his Manyata and he will do everything to win her heart and mind not just her because Akaash's last words to him will always haunt him.😡

Just wanted to make a post to reitterate that my loyalties will always lie with UV regardless of how the CV's tried to present him today 😊
