I think she won't obey Uday, but since he is telling about MonAsh to DS, my hope is that DS will put an end to her meeting with chawl buddies.. Seems like M's freedom will be taken away.

I don't want it to be the case of if you love someone set her free. It won't work right now because she won't come back. She is too engrossed in her puppy "love" for Akash. If Uday wants to set her free, he has to do that after he ensures that M feels deeply for him (Uday). On the other hand, if Uday tries to cut her freedom, she will rebel. In any case, right now, M and A are an item. To separate them, Uday has to come up with a good plan to win her heart (more so now, because he has too much to lose as he wants M for the right reasons at last).

As i see it, Uday is in a tight position. My hope is that DS will come up with a better idea for separating M from her old ties and her Majnoo.
