ManVeer-Jaanwar-Pakaash: Deceit-Backstab-Yawns

Mera laal, mere hare, mere peelon, mere neelon, aaj ke episode mein sirf three scenes dekhne laayak hain. One , ManVeer in the bedroom . Two, Manveer and Unnati and Jaanwar in the bedroom and ManVeer at the party. Rest is full of the grand sleeping pill dose alongwith additional tranquilizers from Sicky and Bhootni . Vijay bhai should have got three scenes instead of Pakaash who reminded me today that why as a person i have an absolute disgust for any man, woman and animal who wallows in self pity. I detest self pity and if tomorrow , DS/UV/VB were to show it , I would be equally critical.
OF DECEIT
If you didn't know that Maanyata is pulling a blanket over UV's eyes, then, they were like a regular dating couple in today's episode. You can't tell what is going on in UV's mind because one moment he appears loving and trusting and suddenly he gives that one look, one smirk and a lingering stare or a pinching word that makes you wonder if he has already prepared the orchestra to take out Maanyata and Unnzie's BBB? When he interrupts Maanyata's cheesy , nausea-inducing , sweet-toothed monologue about Pakaash and his birthday , he is all sweet ,sugar BUT FIRMNESS. He buys whatever she says ' on the surface at least. She is a brat to him but he lets it go. When she says that she is making decorative stuff for the house with all those glittering papers and tassels , he buys it. When she says that she is giving importance to the ManVeer relationship, he buys it. When she agrees with UV that Pakaash maybe harassing her and insists that he holds no importance in her life, he buys it. Its like UV is letting her have a field day with all the liberties because he is beginning to trust her. If he has a larger plan, you can't tell. But you do wish that he knows everything and has a dark plan up his sleeve , so that you don't feel bad for him later. UV was at his best behavior with Maanyata and there was no pretence to it. But yes, there was a defined possessiveness and belonging of Maanyata to him. You sense it when he firmly tells her that he will soon be tying a 'Mangalsutra' around her neck. You sense it when he gives her that one look while leaving the room which seems to say ' I am buying everything that you are selling. Don't make me regret it. In the dining hall, UV, without raising his voice or his temper counters Maanyata's protests about the party's date . He continues eating and calmly tells her that she gave him her word and that means she is coming.
Another thing that makes me wonder about UV is that he is a man who is defined by his class, his royalty , his blue blood and his powermatic status. Its a big deal for him to go out in the public eye and one expects that he would be and should be embarrassed of Maanyata's appearance , of her chavannichhaap language and crass jungle behavior. But its shocking that it makes no difference to him. He sent the best clothes and jewelry for her but she wore a pretty pink kurta , combed her hair and put a little kohl in her eyes. Hardly presentable for a high profile party. But UV was fine with it - he still said that she looked good. He took her as she was to that party with all the pride and because he gave her respect, every guest did. UV maybe a dog but this says a lot about him as a man who would treat his woman right . Mind you, 'his' woman , not the random pigeons he has fun with.
In the car , UV was all smiles. Not smirking. He was smiling. Maanyata was with him and she was not abusing or accusing him. He appeared happy. He really did. Yes, he us hanging on to false hopes slapped on him by Maanyata but that made you see a UV who is something more than a suave politician.
Even at the party, UV introduced her to everyone with respect and pride and that is how people reciprocated as well. He was a perfect gentleman to her. When Maanyata made the bathroom excuse, UV , all smiles and charm, told her that he would accompany her this time because he could not afford to let her repeat 'history' here. When she sat opposite him, fiddling with her cellphone and worrying how to get to Pakaash's birthday , he was looking at her ' and that look could mean many things , I leave it to you to decipher. But I loved how UV and the waiter were amused when Maanyata wanted something ' TAGDAA' to eat. In short, UV is letting Maanyata do whatever she wants , until she makes a mistake that will make him turn the tables on her.
And, and, and for once ManVeer were on the same side . When an uninvited Jaanwar was praising herself to heights in front of them, they both had the most bored expressions on their faces and wanted her to get lost.
All in all, ManVeer were sweet today because Maanyata didn't abuse or curse UV even when he was not there. UV was at his sweetest self and there was nothing pretentious UNLESS UV is waiting for a chance to blow the cover off his darling fiance and his baby sister.
OF BACKSTAB
Ahaa! Karma, I tell you. While Maanyata and Unnati are busy making a fool out of UV who has made the first and the last mistake of his life of trusting his two favourite women , Karma is having have the last laugh because what they both are doing to UV , is exactly what will be done by Jaanwar and Vijay Bhai to them. Jaanwar is playing upon the 'emergency trust' factor and the kind of situation Unnzie and Maanyata are in , they have little choice but to take a risk with getting Jaanwar in their cahoots. And Jaanwar has the sown the seeds of a showdown where , MAYBE , Unnzie and Maanyata will need a long trip to Alaska to escape UV's wrath.
When you do a mistake and you know that you can be caught any moment , you walk on thin ice and you can hide behind anything. Unnzie and Maanyata are making that mistake and I do feel that Jaanwar will have the last laugh this time. What the two girls are giving UV, will be delivered back to them by Jaanwar and the precap has almost indicated that. Backstabbers get stabbed in the back , I TELL YOU. Only difference being that Maanyata and Unnzie had good intentions while Jaanwar and Vijay Bhai have very very cruel intentions. I am not very sure if I will feel bad for the two beautiful girls when this hot vixen gets to do a jig.

Ek to character itna thandaa, us par actor bhi apne expressions freeze kar chukka hai kyuni character mein dukhi hone aur khud pe pity ke laddoo khaane ke ilaawa koi kaam nahiin hai. Now, even the writers seem to be eating sleeping pills before writing Pakaash 'Bhootni-Sicky scenes. We had about 5 scenes of Pakaash and all of them were full of self pity , sad songs , sad flashes , so much so ki mujhe meri eyes ke upar kapde taangne waali chitakani lagaani padi so that I don't fall asleep. I mean what crap was that????? Main akela hoon, main thakela hoon and the blah? Dude, your parents are alive and who is closer than them? More than a lover , he appears a sadist-on-morphine to me jisko Jannat bhi laakar de doge to bolega ' Uff! Main to Jannat mein bhi akela hoon. DAYUMN! Like SEROUSLY !
PLEASE NOTE : Don't waste your time in watching today's episode. Just watch the Manveer scenes when uploaded. Nahiin to chakkar khaa ke gir jaaoge , I tell you.
DIALOGUES OF THE DAY :
Maanyata : Uday , tu kya chaahta hai? Main tere naam ka board apne gale mein latkaake ghoomti phiroon?
UV : Use 'Mangalsutra' kehte hain aur woh bhi hum tumhe jald pehna denge.
UV : So, Maanyata , press ke saamne ye hamaara pehla appearance hai as a couple.
Maanyata : Humph, pehla kaise? Doosri baar. Bhool gaya? Pehle bhi toone sabke saamne mera haath pakad kar gala phaad-phaad ke kahaa tha ki ye hai Rajkumari Maanyata , hamaari hone waali lugaayi!
