DEK is based on Princess Diaries, right? In the first film/book, Anne Hathaway's character fell in love with her bestfriend's brother. This guy:

He was cute, and caring and nice to her. But in the 2nd part, she grew out of the crush, AND ENTER THE PRINCE(technically, he was a duke's son or something- next in line for the throne after the princess herself):

A prince who was scheming, cunning, trying to steal the throne from her (note the similarities with UV?) AND they ended up falling in love with each other!!! So Manyata and UV should happen, right?

And look at this picture below:

Does it not remind you of when UV taught Maan to use the gun?

awww! thanks for posting the pic...

I was in so much love with the nicholas guy! ☺️ that reminds me next weeken i get free im going to see PD 2:The royal engagement,..the best part was they were together in the second movie..just like UV and M here...

Nyways Nicholas is mindblowing and i love him to the core !! Him and mia make such a cute pair. Just like Udaay and Manyata !!

And i so wish that Uday-Manayata happens ASAP !!

Well, the Dhadkan angle would be the girl loved someone else- family didn't approve, girl marries another guy- keeps herself away from hubby but eventually falls in love- first guy comes back to steal her but girl loves husband now, RIGHT? Well, that means MaanVeer is happening, so it's a good thing.

I loved PD2.

i know but the movie version was a complete rip off of the book... grand mere was a nightmare in the book series.. Micheal and Mia tried travelling different roads but every road led both of them back to each other...it is like a teenage dream...both of them... Lilly...she was a very complex character who could never be really judged but no matter what happened between Mia and Lilly both of them were each other's lives which is highlighted in the last book of the series...her prince was always a normal genius from Columbia University who was in a band and had an IQ of 196 who she used to chat about Star Wars and Buffy all the time in high school..both of them were SURREAL in the most normal sense. they are an example of a miracle in the form of true love happening in our everyday dose of reality.

OMG that totally makes sense...I was thinking kind of the same thing when I was watching Princess Diaries the other day. I was like the Princess ended up with the Prince, so the same thing might happen between Uday and Manyata. They have to! I love their chemistry! :D

ya yaar smae scne like our manveer...and i tell when i saw niklos guy i was madly in love with him thy wer so cute...mia and niklos wer like manveerr fought alot he wanted to be king she even stopmed his foot...bt eventually he falled fr her and gave the position to mia nad thy bothe had ther misunderstanding but the fell in love deep ...awww and manveer are like that except manyta is too much but still thy are ditto like them prinncess will fall fr her prince
