In films he didn't take a hero role always he took a character role or villain. He acted in Idhuya Thiruda, Azhagiya Asura Yogi, Eeram and the last film was Annatha Purathu Veedu which he acted with his real wife Chaya Singh. Now he acts in two serials Deivamagal and Sivasankari, his character in Deivamagal is opposite of Sivansakari. In deivamagal they portray him as a short temper but in Sivasankari they portray as a quite guy.
