Everyone busy wit their own work in JHV..Asusual gayathiri taunts granny for preparing tasteless food..A few goons arrives and call out for gayu name.. Gayu goes out and ask them the problem.. arguments btw them regarding hotel problem, gayathiri shouts back.. A goon takes out a weapons and abt to beat her.. there satya comes and takes it..her head started bleeding..Granny and gayathiri screams as satya fell down.. Granny cries'Aiyo ipdi pregnant ah iruka ponna adichutangaley'.. Just then police arrives and catches all goons.. Prakash comes down and shocked to see the Satya condition.. He takes her to hospital.. treatment is going, doctor tells we are trying our best to save both mother and babies. Everyone becomes sad and crying out aloud..
Few hours later doctor comes out and says to prakash, "Congratz Mr.Prakash , a boy n a girl baby for u.. Everyone smiles like thousand watts bulb and then prakash ask abt satya.. hesitantly doctor says she is in critical situation and we are trying our best to save her, rest in God's hand.. Prakash grabs his collar n shouts, don't say like that doctor..u should save my satya at any cost n cries out.. Gayathiri comes n tells him, don't give up prakash.. satya nalla ponnu..nothing will happen to her.. ur true love wil never let her go off from u.. Doc tells if he wanna see the kid he can go n see them.. Prakash says, ennoda satya va paakkama naa babies ah pakka maaten.. few more hours passed.. doc comes out n tells satya is safe now n they can go n meet her..Everyone is happy.. Prakash goes inside n sits behind satya.. He takes her hand , holds it lovingly n kisses.. satya slowly get back her conscious n happy to see prakash.. both smiles.. grandpa n granny comes inside wit kids.. sakash very happy to see their kids.. gayathiri comes n seeks forgiveness from satya n tells nw she has understood her true affection and says sorry.. Satya tells she need not to say sorry , it's her responsibility to take care of everyone in the family n tells always she consider gayathiri as her own sister only..Gayathiri hugs satya with all teary eyes.. Everyone comes out from the room..Prakash Morachifying gayu.. she comes near him and says shr understood satya's care and affection today only and ready to do anything for her.. But...it doesn't mean tat our pblm has come to end..
