Nazi's, soldiers doing the killing in war , murderers etc are prime examples of dehumanization of the "outsider". This kind of brutal line and sometimes blurry line of us vs them or insiders vs outsiders is evident in real lives of normal person as well. Being animal lover yet devouring veal diner, yelling at a maid who is our mothers age or spending time online instead of woking 😛 requires temporary disconnect or suspension of morals. The rules we know, even the ones we intuitively feel, are by no means the rules we always follow.😊
Merely being equipped with moral values does not mean we practice moral behavior always , we need to resist the temptation to fall off the wagon when no one is watching.😃
