T-20 is looming large on the horizon.

India approaches this tournament with only 1 match experience

Let us debate on the chances of the Indian team 1 match at a time.

Our first match is against Pakistan on Friday.

How do you fancy your chances of the Indian team against Pakistan?

Who in your opinion will win and why (support it with facts)?

My opinion is India will beat Pakistan.

The reason for that is that none of the 2 teams have sufficient match experience of this type of cricket, so they are on equal footing from an experience perspective.

However, having lost Shoaib Akhtar in a controversial manner, Pakistan's camp is in a little bit of disorder.

Zaheer Khan, RP Singh and Piyush Chawla have bowled reasonably well recently to give me the comfort feeling that they have in them to restrict the opposition to around 150 which is an achievable target.

On batting front, other than Yousuf, Pakistan have been having trouble finding reliable Batsman. Shahid Afridi is a mercurial trump card in these kind of matches. But if India gets him early on then Pakistan's firepower is pretty limited.

So my take is CHAK-DE-INDIA.

india made good come back tieing the series 3-3 until last ODI

and definitely the umpire made 2 horibble calls against our team
that took out dravid and tendulkar
dravid 99% ball didnt touch the bat
and sachin 200% his bat his own pad
and umpire was blind so he just went by noise and cheated
india could have won if that didnt happen

OK.. I found that we have a 20/20 thread so we will spare this thread from 20/20 mania. 😃
