- Accident on the road, invloving involing innocent person.

- Some incident where you feel is not right, insult of waiter/server, rude comments for maid etc.

If one ignore/avoid such situations and just walks out of such situation for reasons like unnecessary problems / police / court etc etc...

Do you think such ignorance/avoidance is inhuman? or make sense??

I have never seen people ignoring injured/accident victims on highways here in the US ever but in India it does happen a lot because people are afraid to get in police ka lafda etc. Wahan toh jo boley, wo hee kundi khole 😆 ....sorry..I know serious topic but I was laughing at my muhavra 😆

Disrespecting/insulting waiter or people not that well economically is purely bad manners...badtameezi...not inhuman...imo 😊

well i haven't personally come across an accident victim yet in that manner so i can't be sure of what i would do (and i hope i don't ever come across anyone like this .... *prayer to god: plz protect all your children*) ....

but i think i would try to help .... but part of me that would be hesitant, i'm sure, to help but not because i don't want to get into anything (i mean "police ka chakkar etc") .... but rather because i wouldn't want to make things worse (medically speaking) .... i wouldn't want to try to help a person and instead end up making their injuries worse 😕 .... in canada we have a law called the "good samaritan act" which prevents anyone helping out from being held responsible for any further injuries to the victim .... but i would still not want that on my conscience .... but then again if you have cpr and first aid training i think you should try to help (i just recently got certified ... hence why i would probably help .... but i'd still be scared and would be very very very careful about what i was doing to help) .... and if you really don't feel like you could help medically .... the least you could do is wait with the person while you call someone else for help ..... but sorry ... enough of my rambling 😆 coming back to the main question .... i don't know if i can call a person inhumane for not helping without knowing the reason behind their hesitance ....

and about the individuals who are rude to waiters/waitresses/maids, etc... i agree with gauri di ... that this is more a case of the individual being ill-mannered rather than in-humane .... and this i have come across in real life ..... my response: go out of your way to make the waiter/waitress/maid in question, feel good about themselves .... so for example, if the person in front of me in line at a fast-food restaurant is really rude to the employee .... i'll be extra nice to make the employee feel a bit more appreciated ..... i'll leave it to karma to take care of the rude individual 😉 😆
