If I do that she'll call my mom and tell her that I did that and my mom well kill me. Earlier I got in lots of trouble when I start spending more time with my new aunt because she has no family here and this aunt called my mom and complained. I have known her since I was 7, I use to sleep with her because her husband worked night shifts. I love her dearly and for the longest time considered her a second mother but since she had her own kids she has started treating me weird. Her treatment backs me want to ask for my money but I am scared of the outcome. I wouldn't care about the money if she treated me right.

well i was close enough to her. i just figured that i'm married and have kids to feed. i always return every penny i ever borrowed so expect the same in return. i don't think she took it the wrong way.....i mean it would be stupid of them to.

i think there's something more going on with your aunt and your relationship. everything just sounds strange.

now i just have to get my money from my uncle, my hubby's uncle and my mom.........okay, okay not my mom. maine usse baksh diya. 😆

Should I give you a funny idea? Invite this uncles over for dinner and leave a couple of bills laying around and write on the with a Red marker OVERDUE. They'll ask if you need someone money and say yes, 'the one that you borrowed from me'.

I wish I could, I have private funded accounts (money I can't touch) that pay for all my bills. And all my pocket money is spent on birthdays and my aunt's family. I have a generous pocket money amounts but pocket money only goes so far once you start lending it to people.

bumping this thread for some more advice from my fellow DMers. 😆

lets say you loaned $300,000 to a relative to invest. a contract was signed that stated all the terms and conditions of repayement etc.

now its been 7 months since the money was to be repaid back and the relative hasnt paid it back. saying that he doesnt have any money on hand and will pay back once a particular investment's profits are distributed.

should you take legal action? relative hasn't ever refused to pay back the money and has just recently (within the last week) repaid a portion of it.....7 months later than the agreed upon date though!!!!!!!!!!!
