Everyone seek for some dream. They go for available platforms in surge for acheiving success, alas some face reality and are throw out.

Should humilation at job/work/competion be taken positively or negatively?

By humiliation do you mean failure or insult. Because failure for some is inevitable but insult is not necessary.

i dont know what that show is about but lets take the example of cricket game here 😕 i saw many indian cricket bashing post and everyone venting out their anger, i think humiliation in this to some extent is ok becoz this is first of all subcontinental peoples major entertainment arena, people might have pitched high hopes for them but i would not recommend humiliation. there should be a limit you cannot keep on humiliating them, even now once in a while, i hear someone taunting them on tv as such, in some people insult provokes positive attitude while for some it can be insulting especially if you pester them with insulting remarks again and again. it depends on people with different personalities how they take it but as souro said insult is not necessary.

Is that another talent hunt show?? Anyway whatever the show maybe about, some of the participants will obviously lose out in the process but it's wrong to rub it in by insulting them. Judges can point out their shortcomings, criticise (positively) their performance if they feel the participant is capable of doing better, but insulting is never justified. Just because certain participants failed in this show doesn't mean they're good for nothing, there must be some other areas which are more suited for each one of them and they'll excel in that. And this applies for all of us, not just those participants.

great post Raj..
I think it depends on an individual situation. On reality shows, some of the contestants (aspiring contestants) who has no talent come there to make a fool of themselves 😕 . They unfortunately don;t even feel humiliated after the truth about their futile and silly attempt is told to them on national TV.
Several others may feel humiliated while they may not deserve it.

Outside of the reality shows, proactive, hardworking, sincere and/ or smart people should not feel humiliated. One must believe in oneself and move on. It's a harsh world out there. Got to be positive to survive..
