Acceptance of ppl from different sexualities

Why is it like Showbiz has more acceptance to ppl from different sexualities than any other sectors?

Ppl from Showbiz sound catty still they accept ppl from other sexualities more easily than other sectors.

Yes, the industry has many people from different sexualities... but unfortunately the films don't reflect that. 🤔

Bollywood was making LGBT-phobic films till as late as 2016, so I think it's a long road ahead before it becomes truly "accepting".🥱

I hope Bollywood fraternity, in their desperate attempt to "reform" themselves don't make the situation worse in our country.

American SJWs ruined the LGBT scene and politicized the issue with their extreme antics...to the point that there's a resurgence of anti-LGBT attitude in the society, especially in the USA itself.

Ancient India (as far as Hindu mythology goes) was very accepting. That's why I pray to God that LGBT issues don't get politicized in India.

From what I've seen in India, the younger generations in the metros are much more accepting and open. No idea about the interiors tho. And there's still a long way to go...which is ironic considering how open-minded people from Ancient India were.

Doesn't Hollywood have the concept of closeted homosexuals to have contractual relationships just to impress their female fan base? There have been rumours that many actresses are beards to mainstream actors.

Yes, queer issues in the States are now intertwined with socialism, climate change, gun control, defund the police, immigrant issues, covid vaccines, and God knows what else from the left wing wish list. If you stray from dogma, you're ostracized.

The irony of you picking out 2 - TWO! - instances to malign an entire nation, an entire religion, and an entire political party, then claiming the very preventable CRIMES and the woke scolds that let the criminals commit said crimes and the extreme measures taken to erase the very idea of biological womanhood should not be used to taint a community.

Edited to add: Trans people should be guaranteed the same rights as everyone else in the constitution. They have the right to live, dress, work, love, however they please under the same laws that govern everyone else. However, no one has the right to demand biological women give up their safety and security to accommodate them.

Nor should any child be ever forced to read what amounts to p**n, straight, queer, or anything in between. Trans rights do not outweigh the right of children of any sexuality or gender to grow up as children. Their innocence is for them to lose. Not for some woke idiot to steal from them.

Nor can anyone who passed male puberty be allowed in women's sports. There are separate women's women's sports for a reason. Because biological women cannot compete with biological men in a physically challenging situation. If you're going to ease that rule to accommodate trans women who have the male physical advantage, what is the point of having gender division in sports? Make it all open.

I am not sure but it could be because of the visibility factor of BW.....every antic of theirs is caught by the media....so they have become very aware of how it would look and try to put their best foot forward when it comes to sexuality....not making jokes about it any more.....or may be they are genuinely more accepting..
