Good luck with their faith in 2 liabilities @ bold.

I was just giving idea about Bengal election. After beta, they should try beti card. Not saying Bengal would vote for an actresses, but need a topic to cover election period. 😆

Could you please tell me how the campaign was all about SSR when even local MLAs didn't mention him?

Bihar politics is very complex with the caste dynamics adding to the complexities. It's way bigger than SSR or Bollywood.

Absolutely ridiculous to believe that some bollywood actor was key to repeat a government in a State like Bihar

BJP and Nitish were leading on all front, they won despite a pandemic, migrant issue and a massive flood, think before saying that these people who lost their family, home etc voted for a bollywood actor

Their ally LJP contested against them

In January, It was a cakewalk for NDA

We have faith in Modi

We don't want Chara King Lalu and Rahul Baba

Do you even know the ground reality? Millions of Biharis don't even know name of your precious actors

This is old habit of opposition, they expect vote from people they don't respect

Seriously! Anyone who believes SSR impacted the elections knows nothing about Bihar and its politics. Majority of the state doesn't even care about bollywood.

NDA won despite the anti incumbency and BJP gained massively.

@Bold - Women voters made a significant difference by favouring NDA. They obviously didn't want the revival of the infamous Jungle Raj of that convicted chara chor (as stated by courts).

I honestly don't get one thing. Did the people here expect Bihar to elect that fodder thief's 9th fail eve teaser offspring just because they wanted an opportunity to bash a political party they hate? 🤢

We need good leaders

Indeed. Nitish Kumar is waning and the state BJP doesn't have a good leader it can rely upon. They need Modi's face every damn time.

5% increase in women voters this year, definitely helped NDA, I traveled many districts for election campaign and I noticed that women were supporting BJP going against their family line, A welcome change, in my opinion

A good example of political incompetence of our opposition is announcement of extension of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojna till November, There are estimated 80cr beneficiary of this scheme and our opposition was crying over Modi not mentioning Eid in list of festivals

They don't understand that Muslims who are getting ration in this pandemic won't care about Modi not mentioning a festival in his speech.

Now that BJP has more seats, we'll get significant departments in the government and they'll groom someone for CM Post, A few are in center too

Bihar BJP is in a way better position than Chhattisgarh BJP, They gave us 9 seats in LS thanks to Modi, but we lost Marwahi By Election by huge margin

You participated in campaigns? The knowledge of the ground reality certainly reflects in your posts. 👍🏼

Women exercising their political will against the men is indeed a welcome change.

Apparently Modi not mentioning a festival is a bigger issue than schemes covering a huge population or the loopholes in governance that need criticism. The pathetic opposition never does what it should do. 😆

@Bold - Precisely. I saw a Muslim couple's IV in which a young woman said she voted Modi (due to his schemes) against her husband who voted that 9th fail guy.

Good. They must groom a competent candidate for 2025. The opposition will have no chance in 2025 then. Nitish Kumar is already 69 and doesn't have the same enthusiasm. JDU is unlikely to survive without him. And with the BJP being the bigger party now, a transition phase has set in.

At least something is worse than Bihar BJP. 😆

Depends on 2024 General Election and new Prime Minister candidate

If SSR had anything to do with the elections NDA would have lost!

People vote on local life issues concerning them and not SSR, Arnabs etc. SM matters are very different to what matters at ground level.
