😊 Volunteering in your local community is a huge accomplishment. I recently joined a hospice and volunteer every weekend as an administrative worker. Whether putting packets together or doing another task, it keeps me busy and is rewarding. Do you volunteer? Does it give a sense of satisfaction? Please share your thoughts. 👏

I volunteer. Some give satisfaction, some not. Sometimes you need to do things beyond what satisfies you if you really want to achieve something in the long term. Why is this a debate topic, BTW?

Would anyone volunteer to do something if it does not give some feeling of satisfaction?
