i can not understand that why 3 kids will murder a women just for 500 rupees in pakistan only 14 years boy killed an women and all the blame is on cid

why people are after others life

why

just anyone can explain me

and there is no value of 500 rupees in pakistan

Well generally inadequate parenting and guidance or mixing with the wrong company leads to crimes being committed.

There should be stronger deterrent sentences and more police officers around.

Such crimes are generally related to countries that are less affluent but these days violence is also increasing in developed countries where crimes could be committed by the migrant population.
