More than Phone OS it's browser that matters on Phones. IF experience varies by Browser (on phones)
On Computer, it's same nice experience everywhere Desk/Laptop, any browser.

Yes, Phone App for IF is highly awaited.

Usually either a desktop or a windows 8 tablet which is a desktop in a tablet 😊
I prefer the desktop as I can type faster on a keyboard and sit comfortably too on a chair
have tried on phone and laptop. the phone is probably not a good way to use the site effectively - it works but has a lot of difficulties (I have an android phone 😃). The laptop is okay - it will work well but desktop is the way to go in my opinion.
