Photoshop is fun. As far as alterations with celebrity images are concerned it would be better to get consent to avoid getting sued.

Photoshop is fabulous for making people look better. I guess it would be deemed unethical by those who feel crap every time they look at a celeb and wish they had that body, or that face...

But got to take everything with a pinch of salt - fashion, the media thrives on creating that kind of image that inspires adulation and envy. Why not use software to make things look way better or more interesting? If you feel inferior because you're staring at someone's digitally enhanced version of perfection, just remember it's not completely real.

Photoshop isn't cheap - have you seen the price of the software?? 😆

No I don't think it's unethical, nor do I think it's cheap - it's just another industry standard to me.

In fact I really get offended when I see shoddy Photoshop work or images in the media that could use a Photoshop touch up but don't.
