These guys are right.

Cops, Soldiers, Firefighters is a waste of tax payer dollars. Lets abolish this system. Every man for himself. Make the world a jungle. Let the convicts and the terrorists run wild. Grab yourself a gun, a knife or a baseball bat.

These inhumane cowards will be the first ones to perish too, I bet.

No matter who does what, people who choose risky jobs to protect us and the country deserve some respect and humanity especially when they are dead fighting for it!

You twisted it. They have a reason, they serve a purpose. I find that to be a genuine purpose. They are there protecting peoples home from fire, healing people, or keeping the streets safe as essential social workers. I also have huge respect for street sweepers, snow cleaners, social workers etc... They are doing it for the right cause and it serves humanity.

I did not twist anything. Your gripe was with the fact that these soldiers are risking their lives out of sheer stupidity. Well...cops and firefighters risk their lives too? So why don't you demean them as well? Why ? Because they directly serve you in case of some crisis whereas soldiers don't serve you and your people?

That makes you look more selfish. Sorry but gotta cut to the chase and state what's obvious here.

we didnt say that they are a waste. I meant that they choose to be who they are. They dont deserve any more respect than a doctor like me who keeps awake day and night so that my patients sleep peacefully. But that is a choice I make. I dont need a standing ovation from the nation. I get paid for what I do

I am sorry but if you are a doctor then I'm wonder woman. Don't demean doctors by lumping yourself with them. They have more empathy for people in general than you do.

I already explained it to you, the soldiers are fighting for a worthless cause against a boogeyman to drain our economy further into the gutter. And if they are too bright to enlist themselves they know well what they are getting into.

The essential service workers do risk their life, but they serve a purpose, they are not fueled by ego and pride, or their manhood to show them whose the best.

There lies the difference.
