There are so many posts analysing how TV stars find it tough to make it in Bollywood, and are forced
To either return to television or join the forgotten group of has beens.
We quote numerous examples of all the hot stars who left their bird in hand for the ones in the bush
And now are empty handed.
Once upon a time on television came an actor who was different from the others.
Dashingly good looking and suave, he was also a very good actor.
There was something different about him
He left for Bollywood and his name was Raj Babbar
TV was small then
Many years later, another Actor made his appearance on the small screen, which was slightly bigger
There was something magical and different about him
He was not like the usual crop of actors on TV
He went to try his luck in Bollywood
His name was SRK
Every few years, television is rocked by an actor who has magical screen personality and immense talent
His talent is too big for the small screen
I think ASR happened to BS for a reason
I would like to think that BS will once again be that actor who will for years to come be an example of how T V actors make it huge in Bollywood
Just like SRK
BS too may find fame and success
Let's wish that for him, instead of making doomsday predictions
