OK! Well yes Panjabi is like Sherwani. I guess it is the same thingy. No, it doesn't have to be white. It can be of any colors. I am not fond of it tho. I am more into t-shirts and jeans.

As for Eid - nothing special. Wake up in the morning, have a shower, go to mosque to pray, then relatives house etc etc. I find it fun. But tbh it's not all that special.

@BTV - where do u study? I was reading news reports about Nafis and one mentioned that in Dhaka, he studied at NSU... It gave me a bit of a jhatka bcos one of my IF friends studies at NSU ... small world eh?

Around here on eid, men dont wear sherwanis or anything .. its just shalwar kameez...some of the older people might wear waistcoats but that's about it ...

Bari eid always seem boring somehow ...

I agree with the last bit to an extent - I like Eid, but it does seem a lil boring to me, especially Korbani Eid is. Don't really like all the bloodshed :(

Yup 😆😆 Or Kurta shalwars 😆😆😆 mostly white 😛

Sherwani's are only ever worn by the groom on his wedding day or by political bigshots 😆 hardly anyone wears sherwanis now on formal occasions like eid or weddings 😳

Kurbani eid is boring ... chotti eid is A bit more fun may be because it comes after fasting ... i realized this year that there isnt much to eid when u grow up ... u know u eat and visit some relatives or friends .. that's it ...but with kids its alot more fun... even getting all dressed up is a big deal for them 😆
